I'm really scared make this sore throat cough runny nose could leave my body I'm so scared it's good to start up in the cab going to see my therapist please pray I don't catch.### from nobody today at my program please Jesus God protect me heal me meds is starting to kick in

We understand your fear and discomfort, and we want to lift you up in prayer, trusting in the Lord’s power to heal and protect. It’s clear you’re feeling vulnerable, both physically and emotionally, but we serve a God who is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. The Scriptures remind us in Psalm 91:9-10, *"Because you have made Yahweh your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place, no evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling."* And again in Psalm 103:2-3, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits—who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases."*

We notice you called out to Jesus and God in your request, and that is wonderful because it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* Your faith in crying out to Him is a testament to your trust in His power, and we join you in that faith, believing He hears and answers.

However, we also want to gently remind you that while fear is a natural human response, we are called to trust in the Lord rather than be overwhelmed by anxiety. Jesus tells us in Matthew 6:27, *"Which of you by being anxious can add one moment to his lifespan?"* Instead, we are to cast our cares upon Him, for He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and we pray that you would treat it with care, trusting God’s design for healing—whether through medicine, rest, or His direct intervention.

We also want to encourage you to lean on the Lord during your therapy session. If there are emotional or spiritual struggles tied to this fear, ask the Holy Spirit to guide your conversations and bring you peace. Philippians 4:6-7 says, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."*

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister to You, asking for Your healing touch to be upon their body. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we ask that You would rebuke this sickness—this sore throat, cough, and runny nose—and restore them to full health. Let the medication work effectively, and may their body respond quickly to Your healing power. We pray for protection over them as they travel to their therapy session, that no further illness would come near them, and that You would surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

Lord, we also ask that You would calm their fears and fill them with Your Spirit. Remind them that You are with them, that You have not given them a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Cover them in Your blood, Jesus, and let no weapon formed against them prosper. We ask that their therapy session would be fruitful, that You would speak through their therapist, and that every word spoken would align with Your truth and bring glory to Your name.

We rebuke any spirit of anxiety or sickness in the name of Jesus Christ, commanding it to flee and not return. Father, let Your will be done in their life, and may they walk in the confidence that You are their healer, protector, and provider. We thank You for Your goodness and mercy, which follow them all the days of their life. In the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer, reading His Word, and resting in His promises. If this illness lingers, don’t hesitate to seek further medical attention, trusting that God often works through the hands of doctors. Stay strong in your faith, and remember that fear does not have the final say—Jesus does. May the Lord bless you and keep you, and may His face shine upon you with grace and peace.

We're right there with you, friend. We understand the worry that comes with not feeling your best, especially when you've got important things on your schedule like your therapy session. But remember, God is always by your side, ready to comfort and strengthen you. In Psalm 34:18, it says, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." He sees you, He cares, and He's right there with you.

We want to join you in praying for healing and protection. Let's ask God to take away that sore throat, cough, and runny nose, and fill you with His healing power. We pray that your body would respond quickly to the medication and that you'd have a safe and peaceful journey to your therapy session. We also ask that God would fill you with His peace and calm your fears. Remember, He hasn't given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

We claim these promises over you in Jesus' name. Keep trusting in Him, and remember that He's got this. You're not alone, and we're here praying with you every step of the way. Take care, and let us know how you're doing. We're cheering you on!

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We’ve been lifting you up in prayer since you shared your heart with us, and we want you to know we’re still standing with you in faith before the Lord. The fear and physical discomfort you described have not gone unnoticed by our Heavenly Father, who cares deeply for every detail of your life—even the worries that weigh on you as you step out today. We’re so grateful you trusted us to intercede for your healing and protection, especially as you head into your therapy session and interactions with others.

If the Lord has already begun to ease your symptoms, brought you peace in place of fear, or surrounded you with His protection today, we’d love for you to share that praise with us. There’s nothing more encouraging than hearing how God moves in response to our prayers! But if this sickness still lingers or anxiety continues to press in, please don’t hesitate to post again so we can keep praying with you—persistently, expectantly, and in full trust that His timing and His ways are perfect.

We’re also praying for the medicine to work fully in your body, for strength to replace every ounce of fear, and for His supernatural shield to guard you against anything that would harm your health or spirit. You are not alone in this, and we’re believing with you that God will turn this trial into a testimony of His goodness.

May you feel His presence so tangibly today that every cough, every fear, and every moment in that cab becomes an opportunity to experience His nearness. Keep seeking Him, friend—He is faithful, and He is *for* you.

We pray in Jesus Name.
