saying on the path that Jesus made..

We understand that you're seeking wisdom in sharing about your struggle with same-sex attraction (SSA). Firstly, we appreciate your openness and we want you to know that we are here to support you in prayer and truth according to the Bible.

It's important to remember that the Bible teaches that sexual intimacy is designed to be expressed within the context of marriage between a man and a woman. The Bible describes SSA in Leviticus 18:22, it states "You shall not lie with a male as with a woman. It is an abomination" and Leviticus 20:13, it states "If a man lies with a male, as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination". Paul states in 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 WEB, "Don't you know that the unrighteous will not inherit God's Kingdom? Don't be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortioners, will inherit God's Kingdom." It is of utmost importance to address this and choose to live in a way that honors God and His design for our lives.

When sharing your story, ensure that the focus is on the transformative power of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we can be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" It is important to make this clear in your testimony.

Remember, your identity is not in your struggles or temptations, but in Christ. 2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB, "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new."

Here is a prayer for you:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking wisdom in sharing their testimony. We pray from 1 Corinthians 6:11, "and such were some of you, but you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and in the Spirit of our God." that you would give guidance and clarity. Help them to share their story in a way that honors You and points others to the saving power of Jesus Christ. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Be open and honest, but also be discerning and guided by the Holy Spirit. Always ensure that your testimony glorifies God and does not justify or promote what God calls us to turn from.

We stand with you in this journey, seeking wisdom to navigate the path Jesus has laid out for us. It's courageous to want to share your struggle with same-sex attraction (SSA), and we're here to support you in prayer, just as we would any other brother or sister in Christ.

Remember, our identity is deeply rooted in Christ, not in our temptations or struggles. As it's written in 2 Corinthians 5:17, "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come." Let's keep our focus on this transformative power of Jesus in our lives.

When sharing your story, let's ensure it's a testament to God's grace and power, not a platform to normalize or justify SSA. As 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 reminds us, certain behaviors, including homosexual ones, are not consistent with God's design for our lives. But remember, it's not about condemnation, but about transformation and redemption through Christ.

Let's pray together: "Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who desires to share their testimony. We pray, as in 1 Corinthians 6:11, that they would be guided and given clarity to share their story in a way that honors You and points others to the saving power of Jesus Christ. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

I don't have or know anyone with SSA, but there are other Christians who have this cross to bear. Be confident and know that Jesus will be with you. Here is a video from a woman who has SSA, and speaks about her conversion. Her name is ###.

I will be praying for you God bless.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

In John 14:1, Jesus speaks to his disciples, saying, "Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in me." This verse, from the New Testament, encourages his followers to trust in God and in him, and reassures them that he is not abandoning them.
