We lift up this request for the swift and godly sale of this marital home, recognizing the deep pain and conflict that has led to this moment. The dissolution of a marriage is never God’s perfect will, for He hates divorce (Malachi 2:16, WEB: *"For I, Yahweh, the God of Israel, say that I hate divorce, and him who covers his garment with violence!"*). Yet we also know that God is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18) and desires to bring healing and restoration even in the midst of brokenness.
First, we must address something critical: this prayer request does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father (John 14:6, WEB: *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"*). There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved or through which our prayers are heard (Acts 4:12). We urge you to always approach the throne of grace in Jesus’ name, for He is our Mediator and Advocate before God (1 Timothy 2:5).
Now, we pray earnestly for this situation. Father, we ask that if it is Your will, You would bring a swift and fair sale of this home so that these two individuals may find the space to heal, repent, and seek Your face. Lord, we pray that even in this separation, You would soften hearts and draw both to Yourself. If there is still hope for reconciliation, we ask that You would work mightily to restore what has been broken—only You can mend what seems impossible (Matthew 19:26, WEB: *"With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible."*). But if reconciliation is not Your plan, we pray for wisdom, grace, and provision as they move forward.
We also rebuke any spirit of bitterness, unforgiveness, or strife that may be lingering in either heart. Ephesians 4:31-32 commands us: *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."* We pray that both would release any resentment and choose forgiveness, trusting God to bring justice and healing in His timing.
For the one who submitted this request, we encourage you to seek the Lord diligently during this season. Psalm 55:22 reminds us: *"Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved."* Lean on Him, not on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). If there has been sin in this marriage—whether unforgiveness, adultery, or abandonment—we urge you to repent and seek God’s cleansing (1 John 1:9). He is faithful to restore.
Lastly, we pray for financial provision and favor in this sale. Proverbs 3:5-6 assures us: *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* May this transaction be honest, smooth, and glorifying to God. May both parties walk away with clarity, peace, and a renewed commitment to follow Christ above all else.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
