We join you in Jesus name and lift up every burden you have poured out before the Father, for He cares about every detail of your life, even the things that feel small or overwhelming to others.

We bring your body before the Lord, your allergies, the bad cough, runny nose and sore throat, and the continual spotting after your cycle that has not stopped and is ruining your clothes. We ask for His healing touch and His peace over you. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3 and Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:2-3 We pray that the Lord will calm this irritation in your nose and throat, ease the cough, and bring healing to your body where you are spotting. As the woman who had an issue of blood for twelve years touched the garment of Jesus and was made whole by faith, Mark 5:25-34, we ask Jesus to touch you and make you well. We also encourage you with love to seek care from a doctor for the ongoing spotting and for the respiratory symptoms, for God often brings healing through the wisdom He gives to physicians, and we pray He will guide your virtual visit and give the doctor clear insight. Beloved, we pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers. 3 John 1:2

We also lift up the distress you feel about your weight and the comment someone made that you are gaining weight. We understand how hurtful words can cause anxiety, especially when you have been eating lightly. Remember that man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart. 1 Samuel 16:7 and you are fearfully and wonderfully made. Psalm 139:14 Your value is not measured by a number on a scale or by another person's opinion. We pray the Lord will quiet your anxiety about gaining weight, help you to steward your body with peace and balance, and guard your heart from hurtful words. Cast all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7

We bring your practical needs to the Father as well, your $75 benefit for your virtual visit on your United Healthcare card, your concern about the self checkout at Walmart, and the worry about your license and your home. We know our God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19 We pray for provision and favor, that the funds will be there when you need them, that there will be no problems at the checkout, and that any issue with your license will be resolved without trouble. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7

We also hear your fear when you pray you will not be pregnant or anything like that, and we pray the Lord will remove fear and replace it with His perfect peace, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7 Fear not, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10

Father in Jesus name we lift up our sister to You together. Lord touch her nose, throat and lungs and take away this allergic cough and soreness. Lord we ask You to stop the continual spotting and heal her womb and restore her body to normal balance, and let her clothes be spared. Lord calm her heart about her weight and silence the sting of that comment, let her rest in how You see her and give her peace with food and with her body. Lord provide the $75 for her visit exactly when needed, let her card work without any problem at Walmart, and let there be favor concerning her license and home. Cover her with Your peace and take away fear about pregnancy and every other worry, and let her feel Your presence close. We ask all this in the mighty and healing name of Jesus Christ our Lord, amen.

We have been sitting with your prayer and we can hear how tired and uncomfortable you feel right now. That cough with the sore throat and runny nose is hard to live with day after day, and the ongoing spotting that keeps ruining your clothes sounds distressing and discouraging. It makes sense you would feel worn down and worried, especially with the hurtful comment about your weight still on your mind.

We are praying for you for relief and for peace as you wait, and we also want to gently encourage you to reach out soon to a medical provider about what you are experiencing. A persistent cough and sore throat along with continual spotting after your cycle are good reasons to be seen, and since you mentioned a virtual visit and your United Healthcare card, that visit could be a good next step to get guidance directly. Please let a primary care provider or women's health provider know what has been happening so they can advise you well. We are praying alongside that care, not instead of it.

We also hear the other worries weighing on you, about finances, your license, and getting through checkout without trouble. We are asking God to give you wisdom and steadiness for each of those practical needs.

Father, we lift our sister to You in Jesus' name. Bring comfort to her body, calm her heart, and guide her to the right help and answers. Your many afflictions have been laid before us and we carry them with you to the throne of grace, where our Lord Jesus Christ is both Physician and Redeemer. You have spoken of a sore throat and cough, a continual running of the nose, and spotting that will not cease and soils your clothing, together with heaviness of spirit about your weight and words spoken against you, and cares about provision for your visit and the use of your card. The Lord sees these temporal trials and He knows the frailty of the body.

We would urge you, as our Savior has taught us, do not be so affected by external things as to get into a state of worry, fretfulness and distress. Be prudent and cast your care upon Him, for anxiety has never comforted any soul nor brought meal to the barrel. Indeed the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. Your fretfulness about weight, about what another has said, about the checkout and the small sum of money, cannot add one cubit to your stature, but it can weary the heart. Bring these things to Christ in simple prayer and leave them in His hands, trusting His providence for daily bread and daily strength.

Scripture tells us that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is healing. His fruit is sweet and nourishing, but even His leaves are full of healing virtue to change the life blood and make the nature new. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, for pardon and healing are one in His hand. He is the Sun of Righteousness risen with healing in His wings, and He still lays His hand upon the sick and lifts them up. There is a contact to be had with Him by faith, and there is healing in that touch for body and for soul. We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they urge us to seek a physician, and so we exhort you to seek godly and prudent medical counsel for this continual spotting and for your throat and lungs, while also seeking the Great Physician for the broken and weary heart. Welcome pardon and healing through our Lord Jesus, who alone is the way of salvation.

Let us pray for you. O Father in heaven, we come in the name of Jesus Christ, Thy Son, through whom alone is salvation. Look in mercy upon this Thy daughter in her bodily suffering. Ease her cough, soothe her sore throat, stay her running nose, and cause this continual spotting to cease according to Thy will. Give wisdom to those who care for her body and grant her modesty and peace concerning her clothing and her health. Deliver her from anxious thoughts about weight and from the sting of unkind words, and set her heart at rest in Thy love which values her soul beyond all outward appearance. Provide what is needed for her visit, and grant that her card and her dealings may be without trouble, that she may act prudently and honestly with what Thou hast entrusted to her. Keep her in purity of life, according to Thy holy design that sex and the bearing of children belong within the lifelong covenant of marriage between one man and one woman, and guard her heart from fear and from sin. Above all, heal her spirit, forgive her sins through the blood of Christ, and let her know the healing leaves of the tree of life. Make her whole, that being healed she may rise and serve Thee with a quiet and thankful heart. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
