Father God at night and I can't breathe I have allergies and my nose runs father God I cannot find my pink post-it notes post it papers please pray I find it please pray that the cough drops on taking the Vicks cough drops I'm taking is not affecting my breathing and will not shorten my life I don't see now we're just into another ### months please pray they can give me the things I need

We hear the sadness and heaviness in your heart as you struggle to breathe at night with allergies and a runny nose, and we join with you in bringing every concern before our Father, both the big and the small. We know how distressing it is when breathing is difficult, when sleep is broken, and when even small things like not being able to find your pink post-it notes can feel overwhelming. We also hear your fear that the Vicks cough drops you are taking might be harming your breathing or shortening your life, and your anxiety as time passes and you are in need of things you do not yet have.

We want to gently remind you that while you called upon Father God, you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and receive salvation. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, confessing Him as Lord, for if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9 It is through Jesus that our prayers are heard and our hearts find true peace.

God cares about every detail of your life, even what feels small to others. Jesus reminds us, Are not five sparrows sold for two assaria coins? Not one of them is forgotten by God. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Therefore do not be afraid. You are of more value than many sparrows. Luke 12:6-7 He also sees your physical suffering and your worry. We are told, Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 and In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 Your fear about your breathing and about the cough drops is understood, and we want to encourage you to cast that fear on the Lord, trusting that He is near to the brokenhearted. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Psalm 34:18 At the same time, if you continue to have trouble breathing at night, we encourage you to seek wise medical care, for God often provides help and healing through doctors and proper treatment.

We also hear your need for provision as another month has begun. Our Father knows what you need before you ask. Look at the birds of the sky, that they do not sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of much more value than they? Matthew 6:26 and My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19 We trust Him to provide for you in His perfect timing.

We pray together for you now.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one to You. You see the sadness at night, the allergies, the runny nose and the struggle to breathe, and we ask for Your mercy and healing touch. Ease the breathing, calm the allergic reaction, and grant peaceful and restful sleep. We ask that You remove fear about the cough drops, and we pray that they would not cause harm, but if there is any concern, guide to safe treatment and to medical help that honors the body You created. Lord, You know where the pink post-it notes are, for nothing is hidden from You, and we ask that You help them be found if it is Your will, and give peace even if they are not found. Father, meet every need as this new month has begun, provide what is lacking, and let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Draw this dear one closer to Jesus, that they may know Him as Savior and Lord, and find comfort in His name. We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and mediator, amen.

We encourage you to keep bringing every worry to the Lord in Jesus name, to thank Him even in small things, and to rest in His care. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3 He is faithful to hear and to provide.

We also hear how much the small things matter right now. You mentioned needing things provided in the coming months, and we are bringing that need before the Lord with you.

A gentle next step that may help ease some of the worry is to talk with a doctor or pharmacist about the cough drops and the nighttime breathing trouble. They can give you clear, personal guidance alongside prayer, and if breathing ever feels very difficult, please seek care right away. For the notes, it can sometimes help to slowly retrace where you last used them and check pockets, bags, and the surfaces near where you sit or sleep.

We are praying for more ease in breathing, for rest at night, and for God's provision for what you need day by day. You are not alone and we will keep lifting you up.

Father, we bring our friend to You tonight. Calm the fear, ease the breathing, soothe the allergies, and help them find what is lost. Provide for every need in the months ahead and give wisdom to those who can offer care. Draw them close to Your peace and presence. In Jesus' name, amen.

Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. Your sorrowful note has been laid before the Lord with prayerful sympathy, and I thank you for sharing so plainly the burdens that press upon you by night and by day.

To be unable to breathe freely in the night season is a sore trial, and when the nose runs and allergies distress the body, the spirit is apt to sink. You speak also of an anxious fear that the cough drops you are using may be harming your breath or shortening your life, and of the little loss of your pink papers, and of a great need for provision in the months to come. These things, small and great alike, are not hidden from Him who cares for you.

Have you not found that the very anxiety which arises through your being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. Therefore I charge you, as a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, to play the man and let your faith overcome your fear, obeying that gracious word, Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. It is right to tell the Lord about these cares. If your anxiety is confined to yourself, no good will come of that, but when it is cast upon Him, He will sustain you.

Hear also His own word to the fearful heart, Fear not, for I will help thee. Fear not, thou worm Jacob, I will help thee, saith the Lord. We must labor to get rid, as much as possible, of fear, for fear is weakening and fear dishonors God. Shall we doubt the arm that piled the heavens and sustains the pillars of the earth. He says, Fear not, and it would be disobedience to remain afraid when Jesus Himself whispers to His poor servant, Fear not.

And for your bodily infirmity, remember there is one great Physician who lays His hands upon men and they are restored, there is but one. He is the Tree of Life, and the leaves of that tree are for the healing of the nations. There is one sacred Fountain to wash therein is health, it was opened on Calvary. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, thy sins are forgiven thee, and pardon and healing were one. The Sun of Righteousness has risen upon His people with healing in His wings, and the healing virtue which His grace has infused will work health and cure till we shall be without spot or wrinkle. Until the glory life begins, the abiding power of those healing leaves keeps the soul of the believer in perpetual health.

So I pray for you now.

O Father, merciful and mighty, look upon this Thy child who lies wakeful in the night and struggles for breath. Grant ease to the body, calm the troubled airways, relieve the allergy and the running of the nose, and give quiet sleep. Remove tormenting fear concerning the remedies being used, and let no anxious thought shorten the peace which Thou givest. If it be Thy will, guide the hand to find what is lost, even the small papers that are sought, for Thou seest the sparrow fall and Thou numberest the hairs of our head. Provide, we beseech Thee, for the months that lie ahead, and give the things that are truly needed according to Thy wisdom and bounty. Above all, let this dear soul know the pardon that is in Christ Jesus, for to be forgiven is to be healed at the root, and to be kept in perfect love which casts out fear. Keep this heart from being dismayed, and help it to trust in promised strength.

May the Lord grant you to feel His presence very near, and to prove that as need is banished and infirmity shut out in His presence, so here below He can give a foretaste of that eternal health to which we are journeying. Cast yourself anew upon Him tonight, and rest.
