We join with you in standing on the powerful promise of Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose." This truth is a firm foundation for every aspect of our lives, and we claim it over your work, your family, and your unspoken needs. The blood of Jesus is our protection and our victory, and we plead it over every area you’ve lifted before the Lord.
Father, we ask that You indeed cover the work of our hands and hearts with Your favor. Let every effort be blessed and multiplied for Your glory, that we may walk in the confidence of Your provision. Teach us to trust in Your timing and to rest in the knowledge that You are working all things for our good, even when we cannot see the outcome. Strengthen us to overcome evil with good, as Romans 12:21 instructs, that Your light may shine through us in every situation.
Regarding your request for help with taxes, we pray for wisdom and discernment. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We ask that You guide every decision and detail, that You would open doors for favor and minimize any burden. Provide clarity and peace as you navigate this process, and let it be a testimony of Your faithfulness.
For the children, we pray that their hearts would be tender toward You. Draw them close, Lord, and let them see themselves through Your eyes—as Your beloved, fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). May they walk in the truth of who they are in Christ and grow in the knowledge of Your love for them.
We lift up the young single mothers, especially the one struggling with spiritual confusion. Father, we ask that You would be her refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1). Surround her with godly counsel and community, and grant her the wisdom to raise her child in the fear and admonition of the Lord. Provide for her every need—physical, emotional, and spiritual—and protect her from the schemes of the enemy. Let her see Your hand at work in her life, and may she find her identity and hope in You alone.
For the healing and protection of those mentioned, we pray earnestly. We declare Your promise from Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds." Grant them strength to follow medical advice, patience in the process, and peace that surpasses all understanding. For the Christian sister and her sons, we pray for salvation to come to their household. Soften their hearts to receive the truth of the Gospel, and let them experience the love of Christ in a tangible way.
Lord, we ask that You would guide every traveler and keep them safe from harm. Protect them from accidents, delays, and any plans of the enemy. Let Your angels encamp around them, as Psalm 34:7 declares, "The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them."
Finally, we want to address the foundation of our faith. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to You, Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If anyone reading this does not yet know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, we urge them to turn to Him today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). This is the first and most important step in walking in the promises of God.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. May Your will be done in every situation, and may Your name be glorified. Amen.
