When the reward is for you, there's no need to manipulate or exploit. It is simply given. But, where there is dishonor, there is no reward. So it was for Jesus's hometown, and so it has been for mine. I did not set criteria, nor do I render judgement in it. Again, judgement, where the prophet's reward is concerned, is based on a city's response to both messenger and message in accordance to Christ's stipulation to honor His prophets as you would honor Him.
"Hear the word of the LORD, ye that tremble at his word; Your brethren that hated you, that cast you out for my name's sake, said, Let the LORD be glorified: but he shall appear to your joy, and they shall be ashamed." [Isaiah 66:5]
God is not mocked. He sees the mistreatment, and has been responding accordingly.
Am I out of place? Of course I am, but that doesn’t give anyone license to steal from the Holy Spirit. God knows the truth of why I'm out of place. All ministries and assignments are governed by Christ, we are but vessels used to fulfill the scriptures. Therefore, hemming the servant in only serves to hinder Christ’s ministries. Hindering the ministries is not pleasing to God.

Just because something or someone is accessible doesn't mean it is to be accessed: Adam and Eve, David and Bathsheba, Ananias and Sapphira, ###.
