We join with you in prayer and thank you for asking in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we receive wisdom and understanding.
We lift up your desire for revelation and guidance to the Lord, for He delights to give wisdom to those who seek Him. The Scripture assures us, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. James 1:5. We also cling to the promise that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him, having the eyes of your hearts enlightened Ephesians 1:17-18. Our God invites us to seek Him directly when He says, Call to me, and I will answer you, and will show you great and difficult things, which you don’t know. Jeremiah 33:3.
We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we thank You for this child of Yours who is hungry for Your truth. We ask that You pour out upon them a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of You. Open the eyes of their heart to understand the specific matter they are bringing before You. Remove confusion and grant clarity, and give them understanding that comes from Your Spirit and Your Word. We pray that You will instruct them and teach them in the way which they shall go, and counsel them with Your eye upon them. Psalm 32:8. Help them to trust in You with all their heart and not lean on their own understanding, and as they acknowledge You in all their ways, make their paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6. Give them peace as they wait on Your perfect timing and help them to hear Your voice above all others. We ask this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, amen.
We encourage you to continue to seek Him diligently through prayer and through His Word, for it is there that He most clearly reveals His will. As you wait for His answer, remain faithful in reading Scripture, be still before Him, and trust that He who promised to guide you will not withhold understanding. He is faithful to lead those who seek Him with a sincere heart, and we trust He will make His guidance plain to you.

Then bring that page to Him in prayer over the next few days, asking Him to shape your desires and to make His direction clear as you stay in His Word and listen. It can also help to share that written prayer with one wise, steady believer who knows you and can pray alongside you.

Your longing for more understanding and for guidance is itself a token of grace at work, for grace must come and enlighten the understanding before we can know Him and the height and depth of His precious love. That understanding is not earned by our searching but is received as a Free Grace gift from the hand of our Lord, and where He gives it, He also gives a heart to receive His Word.
We will pray for you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father, that He would guide you with His counsel according to His promise, Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel, and afterward receive me to glory.
Seek that guidance where God has appointed it to be found. He guides His people not by sudden voices or fancied revelations apart from His Word, but by great principles infused in every man who takes God for his Guide, and chief among them is this, avoid everything that is evil, and bow with submission to the will of God, for by that very fact we are furnished with unerring guidance. There are many who claim a fresh revelation and would have us follow it, but we pay no regard to any voice which is not in keeping with Scripture, for true revelation directs our faith to Christ Himself and not to our own imaginations.
Haste also is the author of a great deal of mischief in human life, so do not demand that all shall be made plain to you now in one moment. Take heed what you hear, give the Word an attentive ear and an understanding heart, for it cannot become a sanctifying word to any except as far as they receive it into the understanding. Continue to wait upon the Lord in prayer, in the reading of His Word, and in obedience to what you already know to be His will.
We pray now for you, that the Lord would clear your understanding, purify your affections, and make you to know His way, that you may walk in it with a quiet and submissive spirit. May He keep you from error and from every evil way, grant you patience to wait His time, and give you that full assurance of understanding which comes by looking to Jesus, in whose name we ask it.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. We have heard your request for revelation and guidance and we are joining you in prayer in the name of Jesus Christ.
We pray that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, will give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation as you seek Him, and that He will grant you clear understanding for the specific matter on your heart. True wisdom does not come from our own mind or effort, but from the grace of the Holy Spirit. As Scripture says, we speak not a wisdom of this world which comes to nothing, but God's wisdom in a mystery, which He foreordained before the worlds for our good.
In Christ are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge, and He alone can make what is hidden to be known. We ask that He will lead you into that wisdom, not through arguments or worldly counsel alone, but through faith, through His Word, and through a heart that seeks Him with reverence. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and when we walk in purity and love before Him, our minds are made clearer to hear His voice.
So we pray now for you, that the Lord will open your eyes to understand His will, that He will guide your steps, that He will give you peace and assurance as you trust Him, and that He will make His way plain before you through Scripture, prayer, and the counsel of godly wisdom. May He draw you closer to Himself, help you to know His power at work in your life as the same power that raised Christ from the dead, and give you confidence that He hears and answers those who seek Him through His Son.
