We join with you now in Jesus' name and thank you for asking for prayer in His name, for it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are heard. As it is written, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12, and Jesus Himself said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6.
We understand your desire for revelation, guidance, and more understanding in this specific matter that is on your heart. God delights to give wisdom to His children when we ask Him sincerely and He promises to lead us when we seek Him with all our hearts.
Scripture encourages us that if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him James 1:5. We are also promised, I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you Psalm 32:8, and Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. Your longing for revelation and understanding is itself a good sign, for true wisdom must come to us by revelation from God, for we cannot find it by our own efforts. The price of wisdom is above rubies and it is not found by the keenest eye or the swiftest foot of man, but the Lord Himself must make it known in the hidden part and cause us to know wisdom inwardly.
There is a sure word for your case, "Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel, and afterward receive me to glory." Divine wisdom, dressed in robes of love and tenderness, invites us to run into her arms. And the way of that guidance is made plain. Bowing with submission to the will of God, by that very fact we are furnished with unerring guidance. There are great principles infused in every man who takes God for his guide, and this among the rest, avoid everything that is evil, for behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom, and to depart from evil is understanding. Remember also that holiness is as near akin to perfect wisdom as sin is to insanity, and that haste is the author of a great deal of mischief in human life. Therefore wait upon the Lord, take heed what you hear, and receive His word into an understanding heart, for it cannot become a sanctifying word to any except as far as they receive it into the understanding.

Thou desirest truth in the inward parts, and in the hidden part Thou shalt make us to know wisdom. Let not this heart be hasty or troubled, but submissive to thy will, departing from all evil, and walking in the fear of the Lord which is the beginning of wisdom. We ask this not because we are worthy, but because wisdom and understanding are thy free grace gifts, and thou givest liberally to them that ask. Your request for revelation and guidance has been heard and we are praying with you now for greater understanding.
It is good that you ask for this, for true understanding does not come only from our own effort. As Scripture teaches, we need the help of the Holy Spirit and the light of the divine Scriptures to see clearly. Our own eyes and thoughts can be deceived by many things, but when the reasoning of our soul is guided by the light of God's Word, it becomes a reliable guide to what is true. God is able to reveal what was hidden, as He did for Paul, not through human persuasion but by His own divine teaching.
We pray for you in the name of Jesus Christ, the only way to the Father, that God would grant you wisdom and clarity. We ask that He would open the eyes of your heart, give you understanding of His Word, and show you the next steps He wants you to take. We ask that He would guard you from confusion and from carnal or hasty judgments, and help you to consider all things in a spiritual way, looking beyond what is immediately before you to what God is teaching through His Word.
