Revelation about something specific

We join with you in asking for revelation, guidance, and greater understanding, and we thank you for asking in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father.
We know your heart longs to hear clearly from God right now, and we are encouraged that you are seeking Him, for He delights to give wisdom to His children. Scripture tells us, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. James 1:5. We also cling to the promise, Call to me, and I will answer you, and will show you great things, and difficult, which you don't know. Jeremiah 33:3.
We pray that God will open the eyes of your heart to know Him more deeply, as it is written, that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him; having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of his calling Ephesians 1:17-18. True revelation will always align with His Word, for His Word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path, and He will never contradict what He has already spoken in Scripture.
We encourage you to continue to seek Him diligently through prayer and through His Word, trusting not in your own understanding but acknowledging Him in all your ways. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6. He also promises, I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you. Psalm 32:8. As you wait on Him, be still and listen, study the Scriptures daily, and test every impression against the truth of the Bible, for the Holy Spirit guides us into all truth.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear one to You who is seeking revelation and guidance in this specific matter. Lord, You know the details and the need even before we speak it, and You know the desire for understanding. We ask that You pour out Your spirit of wisdom and revelation upon them now. Open their eyes that they may see wondrous things out of Your law Psalm 119:18, and give them clarity, peace, and discernment to know Your will. Remove confusion and anxiety, and let Your perfect peace guard their heart and mind. Help them to wait patiently upon You and to trust Your timing, knowing that You direct the steps of those who seek You. Lead them in the way they should go and grant them understanding that brings glory to You. We ask all of this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, amen.

We are holding your request before the Lord with you. Wanting clear revelation and understanding is a good and honest prayer, and we hear how much you want to know you are hearing Him rightly right now.
One thing we have learned is that guidance is often less about getting an instant answer and more about learning to walk closely with the One who guides. Sometimes we hope for a single clear sign, but God often leads step by step as we stay near Him in prayer, bring our questions honestly, and test what we sense against His character and ways.
It may help to get very specific on paper about what you are asking. Write down the decision or question as you see it, what you feel you have heard so far, and what still feels unclear. Then bring that page to the Lord in a quiet, unhurried time, and consider sharing it with a mature believer who knows you and can listen and pray with you. Another set of eyes often helps us sort our own thoughts from the Lord's leading.
Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus name. Give a quiet mind and a settled heart, and grant wisdom to see the next step You want to show. Help them to know Your nearness and to trust Your timing. Lead them clearly as they seek You. Amen.

Your desire for revelation and guidance and for more understanding is a gracious desire, and we have carried it to the throne of grace in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, through whom alone we draw near to God.
We prayed that the Lord would give you not a fancied voice or sudden impression apart from His Word, but that true light which comes by His Spirit through His Word. The Revelation He has made directs our faith to Himself and to His dear Son, and there we find our surest guidance. He guides His people by great principles infused in the heart, such as to avoid everything that is evil, and by bringing the soul to bow with submission to His will, for by that very submission we are furnished with unerring guidance.
Do not be hasty to snatch at a sign, for haste is the author of a great deal of mischief in human life. There are many who claim a revelation through a slight aperture in a cracked imagination, to which we pay no sort of attention. Try what you think to be guidance by the Word of God, and wait upon the Lord with a quiet and attentive heart.
We prayed also for that understanding which is a free grace gift from the hand of our Lord. Grace must come and enlighten the understanding, influence the will and change the affections, or we remain without profit. The Word cannot become a sanctifying word to any except as far as they receive it into the understanding with an attentive ear and an understanding heart. Therefore take heed what you hear, continue to search the Scriptures, and ask the Lord to give you by degrees a fuller assurance of understanding.
Our prayer for you is this. O Father of lights, in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, grant to this seeking soul clearness of mind and singleness of eye. Show the next step in the path of obedience, keep from evil, teach submission to Thy perfect will, and open the understanding to know Him and the height and depth of His precious love. Give patience to wait for Thy timing and faith to follow Thy Word. Amen.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
