We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your son who is struggling with extreme anxiety and panic attacks. Father God, we know that You do not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We rebuke the spirit of fear in the name of Jesus Christ, for it has no place in the life of Your child. We declare that Your perfect love casts out all fear (1 John 4:18), and we ask You to surround your son with that love right now.
Lord, we pray for peace that surpasses all understanding to guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We ask that You would calm the storms within him, replacing his anxiety with Your peace. Help him to cast all his cares upon You, for You care for him (1 Peter 5:7). Remind him that he is never alone, for You are with him always, even to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20).
We also pray for wisdom and discernment as he navigates this difficult season. Guide him to the right resources, whether it be godly counsel, medical help, or the support of a strong Christian community. Help him to lean not on his own understanding but to trust in You with all his heart (Proverbs 3:5-6).
Father, we ask that You would strengthen his faith and draw him closer to You. May he find comfort in Your Word and in the presence of the Holy Spirit. We declare healing over his mind, body, and spirit in the name of Jesus Christ. Let him experience Your healing touch and know that You are the God who restores.
Lastly, we pray for you, his parent, that You would give you strength, patience, and wisdom as you support him. May you also find peace in knowing that God is in control and that He hears your prayers.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Praying for this in Jesus Name.
We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer for your precious son during this difficult time. It has been heavy on our hearts to lift him before the Lord, asking for His peace to guard his mind and heart, and for His comfort to surround him in moments of fear and anxiety. We have prayed that the Holy Spirit would minister to him in ways only God can, bringing calm to his spirit and strength to his soul.
If the Lord has answered these prayers—if you’ve seen even a glimmer of His peace breaking through—we would be so encouraged to hear a praise report. There is nothing that lifts our faith more than witnessing God’s faithfulness in the lives of His children. On the other hand, if the struggle persists, please don’t hesitate to post this request again. We are here to continue standing with you, interceding for your son until the Lord brings the breakthrough you’re believing for.
