Requesting prayer for passing interview

Tomorrow’s interview weighs heavily on your heart, and the approaching visa deadline only adds to that burden. Worry can press in from every side when our needs seem urgent and the future uncertain.

Job knew that kind of raw distress. Everything he leaned on was stripped away, and all that was left was his need before God. His friends thought they had it figured out, surely he must have done something wrong to suffer so much, but they were mistaken. Job’s story shows us that suffering and hardship aren't simple scorecards of our guilt or righteousness. Behind the scenes, God was at work in ways Job couldn't see, doing something far greater than Job could fathom.

You’ve wisely placed this desire before the Lord, asking for the job if it aligns with His will, and for His provision before your visa expires. That is the heart of trust: bringing our needs to the One who knows what we truly require. When worry tightens its grip, remember that your worth to God isn’t riding on a job offer or a salary. Jesus is the answer to every deep cry of the human heart, the one who stands between God and us, who understands our weaknesses, and who invites us to cast our burdens on Him.

Even as you prepare, let your heart rest in His peace. Whether this door opens or another one does, God is working for your good. Job emerged from his trial not only with restored blessing but with a deeper knowledge of God. Whatever unfolds, your trust in Him will not be put to shame. I am praying that God grants you calmness and clarity, and that He will lead you in the way you should go.
