We join you in lifting up this situation to our Heavenly Father, trusting in His provision and care. It is good to bring our concerns before the Lord, for He tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Father God, we come before You today asking for Your hand to guide the plumber in carrying out the repairs for the tenants. We pray for excellence, wisdom, and diligence in their work, that they may complete the job with integrity and skill. Lord, we ask that You would provide for every need—whether it be the right tools, the right parts, or the right knowledge—to ensure the repairs are done effectively and efficiently. May Your peace rest upon this situation, and may Your name be glorified through it all.
We also take a moment to pray for the tenants and ###, Lord. May they experience Your comfort and provision in this time of inconvenience. Let this situation be an opportunity for them to see Your faithfulness and care, drawing them closer to You. We pray that any stress or frustration would be replaced with trust in Your perfect timing and provision.
In all things, we acknowledge that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to You, Father. There is no other name by which we can be saved, as Acts 4:12 reminds us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We thank You for the privilege of coming to You in prayer, knowing that You hear us and work all things together for good for those who love You.
We rebuke any spirit of anxiety, delay, or frustration in this situation, declaring that Your peace and order will prevail. We're right there with you, friend, lifting this need up to our heavenly Father. We've been praying for the ### to have wisdom and skill, but we also want to remember the ### and your mother. Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
