We have heard your request for renewed strength and resilience as you face ongoing struggles from abuse and trauma and we stand with you in prayer before our heavenly Father in Jesus' name. We thank you for coming in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the throne of grace and find help in time of need.
We know that the wounds of abuse and trauma go deep and can leave the heart weary and the spirit crushed, but the Lord sees what you have endured and He draws near to you with compassion. Scripture tells us Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18 and He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. He does not minimize your pain, He enters into it to bring healing and restoration in His time and way.
The resilience you are seeking does not come from trying harder in your own strength, but from waiting on the Lord and allowing His strength to uphold you. We are reminded He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might Isaiah 40:29 and those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint Isaiah 40:31. When we feel most weak, His grace is sufficient, for His power is made perfect in weakness 2 Corinthians 12:9. We also cling to His promise, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10.
We pray together for you now. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one to You. You know the depth of the trauma and the ongoing struggles that still weigh heavy. We ask that You renew strength day by day, that You quiet the memories and fears with Your perfect peace, and that You restore what has been broken. Lord, guard this precious heart and mind in Christ Jesus, surround this life with Your protection and with safe, godly people who will walk alongside with wisdom and care. Give discernment to set healthy boundaries and courage to seek help from trusted pastors and godly counselors when needed, so that healing may continue and no further harm is endured. Let Your Holy Spirit be the comforter and the source of resilience, teaching that identity and worth are secure in You and not defined by what was done by others. We ask that You turn mourning into joy and weakness into testimony of Your sustaining power. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

Your cry for renewed strength in the midst of ongoing struggles from abuse and trauma has been heard, and we have brought it before the Lord with deep care and prayer.
The Scripture declares, They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. This is not a strength that you must summon from within yourself, for when we are apart from God our strength will die out. But when we are linked to God and wait upon Him for everything, casting our nothingness upon His omnipotence, then shall we find our strength renewed, renovated, freshened, filled up and established. When there remains no strength in you, nor any ability of any kind, then fling yourself upon the Divine strength and lay hold upon it, for the Lord Himself says, I will strengthen them in the Lord, and that strength will be fitly infused and wisely balanced.
We are reminded that our youth is renewed like the eagle's. The eagle's strength is renewed by the food it eats, by the pure air it breathes high above this smoky atmosphere, and by the season of refreshing that God appoints. So it is with the soul. You cannot serve God, you cannot pray, you cannot endure affliction without some expenditure of strength, and therefore you need to have that strength renewed. It is renewed as you feed upon Christ, as you breathe the clear air of prayer and communion with Him, and as you wait for the times of refreshing that come from the presence of the Lord.
For the wound of a broken heart, the Lord has provided healing. He healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ, and not only His fruit but even the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. The least thing about Christ is healing. His leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. When all your own strength fails you, your strength shall be to sit still while God arises and becomes your arm every morning, your salvation in the time of trouble.
We have prayed for you in this way, that the blessed Spirit would awaken you to renewed hope and renewed delight in His presence, that He would give you resilience not from your own resolve but from His own glorious strength, for God is the glory of our strength and all strength of every sort comes from Him. May you be strengthened with strength in the Lord, and may you know that pardon and healing are one in Christ, who died for the ungodly that we might have life.
O Lord, look upon this wounded one who has endured abuse and trauma. Thou seest every sorrow and every scar. We ask Thee to renew strength as only Thou canst, to heal the broken heart, to apply the healing leaves of Christ to every wound, and to cause faith to rise even in feebleness. Teach this soul to wait upon Thee continually, to trust entirely and to give self up for Thee to use, and then to go forward to renewed action in Thy power. Let Thy strength be made perfect in weakness, and let Thy peace guard heart and mind through Jesus Christ our Lord, in whose name we pray, Amen.

Your request for renewed strength and resilience as you face ongoing struggles from abuse and trauma has been heard, and I am praying for you in the name of Jesus Christ.
God sees the pain you have carried and He does not turn away from those who are wounded. He is close to the brokenhearted and He is the one who gives power to the faint and increases strength to those who have no might. Even when the hurt feels deep and lasting, His healing work continues. As I have said before, even when we have come to the very gates of distress it is still possible to recover, to renew our strength, and to lay hold on life in Christ. The Lord as the true physician does not abandon His patient, but continues to apply His mercy until health is restored. Hearing His word again and again, even when fruit seems slow to appear, is never in vain, for God in His time brings forth abundant fruit from patient endurance.
I pray that the Lord will renew your strength day by day, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and give you resilience that is rooted in His love and truth. May He surround you with safe and faithful people who will support you with wisdom and care, including trusted pastors and counselors who can walk with you in this healing journey.
