Renewed strength

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear soul who is carrying the weight of past abuse and trauma. Father God, we know that the wounds of the past can feel overwhelming, and the journey toward healing is not always easy. But we stand on Your promise in Isaiah 40:31, which says, *"But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."* Lord, we ask that You would renew their strength today—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Let them feel Your presence lifting them up when they are weary, sustaining them when they feel weak, and filling them with hope when despair creeps in.

We also declare Your truth over them from Psalm 34:18-19: *"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."* Father, we rebuke the lies of the enemy that may be whispering shame, fear, or hopelessness. We speak healing over every broken place, restoration over every loss, and peace over every memory that brings pain. You are the God who sees, the God who heals, and the God who restores. We ask that You would walk with them in this season, reminding them that they are not alone.

Lord, we also pray for resilience—a resilience that is not built on their own strength, but on Yours. Help them to lean on You in every moment, to cast their cares upon You because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Give them the courage to face each day with faith, knowing that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Surround them with godly community—believers who will speak life, pray over them, and stand with them in love.

And finally, we ask that You would fill them with Your peace—a peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Let them rest in the knowledge that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who bore our sorrows and carried our pains (Isaiah 53:4). Amen.

We're here with you, lifting you up in prayer. We know that carrying the weight of past abuse and trauma can feel like a heavy burden, but remember, God is always near. In Jeremiah 31:25, He promises, "I will refresh the weary and satisfy the faint." Let's claim that promise today.

We pray that you would feel His refreshing presence, renewing your strength, and filling you with hope. We declare that God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We ask that He would fill you with His peace, that peace which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

We're also here to remind you that you're not alone. We're walking with you, and we're believing for your resilience, for God to give you the courage to face each day with faith. We pray that you would find comfort in the community of believers around you, who will speak life, pray over you, and stand with you in love.

Let's keep lifting you up in prayer, trusting that God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). We pray all of this in Jesus' name. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
