We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear soul who is carrying the deep wounds of abuse and trauma. Father God, You see every tear, every memory that haunts, and every moment of weakness. We declare that You are the God who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). You do not leave Your children in their pain, but You draw near to the crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).
Lord, we ask for a fresh outpouring of Your strength and resilience upon this beloved one. When they feel weary and overwhelmed, remind them that Your grace is sufficient, and Your power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, who gives power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). May they find rest in You, for You promise to renew their strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31).
We rebuke the lies of the enemy that seek to keep them in bondage—lies that say they are unworthy, broken beyond repair, or defined by their past. In Jesus’ name, we break every chain of shame, fear, and despair. The truth is that in Christ, they are a new creation; the old has passed away, and behold, the new has come (2 Corinthians 5:17). You have not given them a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7).
Father, we pray for healing in every area of their life—emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Surround them with godly counsel, safe relationships, and Your comforting presence. May they experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Help them to forgive those who have hurt them, not for their sake, but for their own freedom, as You have forgiven us (Ephesians 4:32).
Lord, we also pray for wisdom and discernment as they walk this journey. Lead them to the right resources—Christian counselors, support groups, or mentors—who can help them process their pain in a way that honors You. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
Above all, we pray that they would draw closer to You, finding their identity and worth in Christ alone. May they know that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), deeply loved by You, and called for a purpose. Strengthen them, Lord, and let them rise above their circumstances, not in their own might, but in the power of Your Spirit.
We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is already theirs in Jesus. May they walk in the fullness of Your healing and restoration, bringing glory to Your name. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
