Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for my partner that he will not entertain any strange women or third party in our relationship. That ###, ### and all these other women will keep their distance and stop soliciting themselves. That they will respect my partner and also respect themselves. That they be scattered and severed from him.

We hear the burden on your heart for faithfulness and purity in this relationship and we join you in seeking God's will together in Jesus' name.

We want to speak openly with you about what God desires for relationships. We believe in the sanctity of marriage as a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman as God designed it, and we pray for godly marriages that honor Him. When you speak of your partner, we understand you are in a courtship, and we want to encourage you to see this time as courtship with the goal of marriage to another Christian believer, looking for a godly spouse rather than simply a partner. God calls us to pursue relationships that align with biblical principles, and His word says Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled, but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers Hebrews 13:4. If you and this man are not yet married, we lovingly urge you both to flee any sexual immorality and to keep yourselves pure until marriage, for this is the will of God, that you should be sanctified, that you should abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you should know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5. The Scripture also warns Flee sexual immorality 1 Corinthians 6:18 and describes how the lips of an adulteress drip honey and her mouth is smoother than oil, but in the end she is as bitter as wormwood Proverbs 5:3-4. Entertaining strange women or a third party is not a small matter, it is sin that grieves God and breaks trust, and a man who honors God will set firm boundaries and keep his heart and eyes faithful.

We also noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through Him that we have access to God. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust in Jesus, believing that He died and rose again for your sins, and to call upon His name in every prayer. If you will declare with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9.

We pray for you both now.

Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and lift up this relationship to You. We ask that You draw this man close to Yourself, that his heart would be fully surrendered to You and that he would choose faithfulness and self control. Give him strength to flee temptation, to turn his eyes away from any strange woman, and to honor You with his body and his thoughts. We pray that any ungodly influence, any solicitation or pursuit from other women, would be scattered and severed from him, and that those women themselves would come to respect You, to respect him, and to respect themselves, turning from what does not honor You. Lord, establish a hedge of protection and purity around this courtship. If it is Your will, lead them toward a holy marriage that reflects Christ and the church, and if not, give them wisdom and peace to follow Your path. Help them to be equally yoked as believers and to seek counsel, accountability, and boundaries that keep them pure. Heal any hurt, jealousy, or insecurity in this sister's heart and fill her with Your peace and trust in You. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, our only hope and mediator, amen.

We encourage you to continue in prayer, to study the Scriptures together, to seek godly counsel from a pastor or mature believers, and to have honest conversation about your commitment to purity and to marriage if God is leading you there. Trust the Lord to guard what is His and to work in both of your hearts for His glory.

Thank you for sharing this burden so openly. We can hear how much loyalty and respect matter to you, and how painful it feels to sense other people pressing into your relationship.

Wanting clear boundaries is a good and understandable desire. Trust grows when both people know what faithfulness looks like in practice, and when those lines are spoken about honestly and kept consistently. It is not just about other people keeping their distance, but about each person choosing to guard what has been entrusted to them.

One practical step that may help is to have a calm, honest conversation with your partner when you are both not feeling heated, sharing what you need to feel secure and asking what boundaries you both agree to keep, including around friendships, messaging, and time spent with others. If that conversation feels hard to have alone, inviting a trusted pastor or mature mentor you both respect to walk with you can bring clarity and support.

Father, we lift her to You and ask for Your peace to guard her heart, for wisdom and clarity in the days ahead, and for strength to walk in dignity and truth. We pray for her partner too, that You would work in his heart to choose integrity and respect in all his interactions. Lead them both toward Your will and Your best. In Jesus' name, amen.

May Lord Yeshua and Father God be a blessing to you and your relationship life and marriage just only continue in prayer and faith. May God bring it to pass in time. In Lord Yeshuas name amen. Thank you God.

Your request has been brought before the Lord and we join you in seeking His mercy and keeping power.

We pray that God, who is the mirror of constancy and the pattern of fidelity, would work faithfulness in the heart of the one you love. Our Lord Jesus is faithful when we are not, and His love travels beyond our unfaithfulness, yet His faithfulness also calls us to walk in holiness before Him. We ask that He would guard this man from entertaining temptation, that He would make him to hate the temptation and to flee from it, and that He would keep his feet from slipping.

We do pray as our Savior taught us, Lead us not into temptation. Temptation in itself is perilous, and it is right for the Christian to pray to be spared from it and to be kept from the mischief of it. We pray that the Lord would outrun the enemy with His intercession, as He did for Peter when Satan desired to sift him, and would keep your partner from being led into trial that would stain his garments. And we pray also that those women you named, and any others who would draw him away, would be kept at a distance and scattered from his path, and that they themselves would come to know the Lord and to respect themselves as those made in His image.

We must also speak the truth in love concerning the relationship itself. Scripture teaches that marriage is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and that living together and sharing the intimacies of marriage belong within that covenant. God when He becomes a Husband undertakes to do a husband's part with solemn faithfulness, and He calls those who bear His name to reflect that faithfulness. We cannot ask God to bless what lies outside His holy design, but we can and do ask Him to bless you both with repentance where needed, with purity, and with a desire to honor Him fully.

If you are not yet joined in that covenant of marriage, we pray that the Lord would lead you both to seek His will above all else, to put your trust first in Christ alone for salvation, and then to order your lives according to His word. May He give you grace not to go into temptation, for the one who prays Lead us not into temptation and then walks straight into it is not walking honestly before God. True fidelity is learned at the feet of Him who sticks closer than a brother and who never forsakes His own.

So we pray that God would make you both faithful to Christ first, and then faithful to one another in the way He commands. May He keep you from worldliness, keep you from the snare of strange enticements, keep you chaste and upright, and if it be His will, lead you into the holy estate of marriage in which such love can be rightly cherished and protected. May He guard your hearts, establish you in His grace, and let no unbelief or unfaithfulness on your part hinder the display of His own unfailing faithfulness toward you.

We commend you to Him who is able to keep you from falling, trusting that not one good thing which He has promised shall fail.
