Father, we know that You hold every detail of our lives in Your hands, and we trust that You are guiding each step. The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Lord, we ask that You open the right door for this reference. Place someone in this individual’s path who can speak well of their character, work ethic, and abilities. Give wisdom to those who may be considering them for this position, that they would see the gifts and talents You have placed within them. We pray that this opportunity would align with Your will for their life and that it would be a place where they can grow, serve, and honor You.

We also encourage you to reach out to those who know you well in a professional capacity—former supervisors, colleagues, or mentors—and ask them humbly if they would be willing to serve as a reference. Sometimes, the Lord works through our willingness to take action while trusting in Him. As Philippians 4:6-7 says, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

If there is any hesitation or fear in your heart about this process, we rebuke that spirit of doubt in Jesus’ name. The Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that this job opportunity is part of His plan for you, and we stand in faith that He will provide exactly what is needed.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your provision and for the way You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).
