Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts heavy with concern for ### and the colleagues facing the uncertainty of redundancy without the assurance of fair compensation. Lord, we know that You are a God of justice and provision. Your Word says in Psalm 37:25, "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." We hold onto this promise, trusting that You will not forsake Your children in their time of need.
Father, we pray for Your divine intervention in this situation. Grant wisdom and integrity to the company's leadership, so they may act justly and honorably towards their employees. We ask that You soften their hearts and guide them to make decisions that reflect fairness and compassion.
Lord, we also pray for peace and strength for ### and all affected by this uncertainty. Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds through this challenging time.
