Racism

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf for your hometown and the problems with racism there. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer about this burden on your heart.

We have continued to lift up your hometown before the Lord and we pray that He will bring healing where there is division, understanding where there is prejudice, and peace where there is hurt. We pray that God will soften hearts and open eyes to see every person as made in His image. We are reminded in Acts 17:26 that from one man He made every nation to inhabit the earth, and in Gal 3:28 that we are all one in Christ Jesus. We pray that your community will walk in the love Christ calls us to as written in John 13:34, to love one another as He has loved us.

If your request was answered and you have seen God bring reconciliation or healing in your hometown, please post a praise report and let us all know so we may rejoice with you. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer.

May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ. We pray this in Jesus Name, Amen.
