Beloved of All
We give thanks with you for another day that the Lord has given, and we join you in praying Psalm 91 with faith. It is good that you have made the Lord your refuge and your dwelling, for Scripture promises that those who dwell in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty and find refuge under His wings.
We pray with you for deliverance and for peace. The Lord hears when His people call on His name, and He has promised to be with us in trouble, to deliver us and to honor us, and to command His angels to guard us in all our ways. As you have prayed, we ask the Father in the holy name of Jesus to drive back every evil attack, to cover you with His faithfulness as a shield, and to keep you from fear both by night and by day.
We also pray that you will enter more deeply into the rest that remains for the people of God. That rest is not only relief from trouble, but the quiet of a heart that ceases from its own striving and rests in God as He rested from His works, living in righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. And we pray that the peace of Christ, which is the mother of all good things and the foundation of joy, will guard your house and your mind. Where peace is present, the God of love and peace will be with you, and every evil will be removed.
Continue to dwell close to Him, to give thanks, and to walk at peace with all people as far as it depends on you. The Lord is not a God of confusion but of peace, and those who make peace reflect His Son who came to reconcile heaven and earth. May He satisfy you with long life and show you His salvation, and may He keep you in perfect peace as you trust in Him. Amen.
