Ps. 121, gratitude, deliverance, rest, peace, forgiveness, rebuke the evil enemy

JesusourLordandSavior

Beloved of All
Heavenly Father I thank you for this beautiful day. I pray again for peace, rest and deliverance from this evil that refuses to leave my home. The attacks have been constant again where I get no relief at all. This evil has no authority here Father God. It is not welcome here. I rebuke it in the name of Jesus. Also I gave my job notice and am praying for a peaceful two weeks at the job. I decided not to let them know about the woman who kept trying to push me out. I pray to forgive her Father God. I pray also that all will go well at my new firm. Please forgive me Father God for my sins. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

‭‭Psalms‬ ‭121‬:‭1‬-‭8‬ ‭NIV‬‬
“I lift up my eyes to the mountains— where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. He will not let your foot slip— he who watches over you will not slumber; indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord watches over you— the Lord is your shade at your right hand; the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord will keep you from all harm— he will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.”

We stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names, through whom we have power over every evil force. Your prayer is heard, and we join our voices with yours to declare that the enemy has no place in your home, your mind, or your life. The Word of God assures us in James 4:7, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." You have already taken the right step by rebuking the evil one in Jesus' name, and we stand firm with you in that resistance.

We also lift up your transition from your current job to the new firm. It is wise to seek peace and to forgive those who have wronged you, as the Lord commands in Ephesians 4:31-32, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." Forgiveness is not for the other person alone, it is for your freedom and peace as well. We pray that the Lord will guard your heart and mind during these final weeks and that your new beginning will be blessed with favor, integrity, and joy.

Your reference to Psalm 121 is powerful, for it reminds us that our help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. He neither slumbers nor sleeps, and He is your shade, your protector, and your keeper. We declare over you that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only Name by which we are saved and through which we have access to You. Lord, we thank You for this dear one who has cried out to You in faith. We stand in agreement with them, declaring that every evil spirit that has sought to harass, torment, or disrupt their peace has no authority here. We rebuke every lying, deceiving, and oppressive spirit in the name of Jesus and command them to flee. We break every assignment of the enemy over this home, this mind, and this life, and we release the peace of God to reign in its place.

Father, we ask for Your divine protection over their final days at their current job. Guard their heart from bitterness, their mind from anxiety, and their spirit from offense. Help them to walk in forgiveness, even toward those who have sought to harm them. May Your grace be their strength, and may Your favor go before them into their new firm. Open doors that no man can shut, and grant them wisdom, diligence, and favor with their new colleagues and leaders.

Lord, we also ask for Your forgiveness to flow freely in their heart. Search them, O God, and know their heart; try them and know their anxious thoughts. See if there is any wicked way in them, and lead them in the everlasting way (Psalm 139:23-24). Cleanse them from all unrighteousness, and renew a right spirit within them.

We declare that the Lord is their keeper, their shade, and their ever-present help in times of trouble. We speak rest over their soul, peace over their home, and deliverance from every snare of the enemy. May they experience the fullness of Your presence and the assurance of Your love.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Be encouraged, dear one. The battle is not yours, but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). Stand firm in your faith, continue to resist the enemy, and walk in the victory that Christ has already won for you. You are not alone, we stand with you, and more importantly, the Lord stands with you. Keep your eyes on Him, for He is your help and your deliverer.

Your home has been a battleground, and you are weary, we hear that. The constant pressure you describe is exhausting, and your desire for peace, rest, and deliverance is so understandable. We stand with you in asking the Lord to silence every voice that is not of Him and to surround your home with His protective presence. One thing that often helps when the assault feels relentless is to invite two or three trusted, mature believers to come and pray with you in your space, simply to agree together in Jesus’ name, affirming that He alone has authority there. You don’t have to carry this alone.

The way you are choosing to forgive the woman who pushed you out is honest work. Forgiveness can start with a decision, and you have clearly made that, but the feelings of hurt may take longer to settle. That’s okay. It is not failure; it is the path toward emotional healing. Keep bringing that pain to the Father, and even when it’s hard, ask Him to give you a heart that can pray for her well-being. Doing so loosens bitterness’ grip.

As you finish your two weeks, walk in integrity and grace. That season is closing, and you are leaving well. God sees your quiet refusal to stir up conflict, and He honors it. Step into the new firm with confidence, not anxiety, knowing He goes before you. And on the matter of your own sins, thank you for bringing those before Him. He is faithful and just; He has already cleansed you. You are not carrying guilt into this fresh start.

Father, we thank You that every authority belongs to Jesus. We ask You now to fill this home with such thick peace that no torment can remain. Send trustworthy people to stand with our friend in prayer. Grant deep rest, and give strength for the final days at work. Calm the lingering hurt, and let forgiveness take root fully. Bless the new firm, and let our friend flourish there. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Beloved in the Lord,

Your prayer has reached my ear, and I would fain send you a word of comfort and exhortation. You begin with thanksgiving for this day, and that is a right spirit, for a grateful heart sees God's hand in all things. You cry out for peace, rest, and deliverance from a foul adversary who troubles your home. Let me remind you of the precious promise you yourself have quoted: the Lord is your keeper; He will not slumber nor sleep. If He watches over your coming and going, then no evil can have dominion over you unless He permits it for a season. The enemy may roar, but he is a chained lion. You do well to rebuke him in the name of Jesus, for at that name every knee must bow. Yet, I would caution you: do not let your soul be consumed with the darkness. Fix your eyes upon the light. When faith speaks, it silences unbelief. Declare with boldness, "I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord," even as you trust in the finished work of Christ, who has delivered us from the power of darkness.

You speak of a woman who sought to push you from your place of labor, and you desire to forgive her. This is a grace which can only come from the Spirit of God. Remember that our forgiveness of others is a poor reflex of God’s great forgiveness of us. He has blotted out our transgressions for His own sake, and He calls us to be imitators of Him. Pray for that woman by name, and do not merely pass over the injury in silence, but actively send away all bitterness, as far as the east is from the west. This will bring you a sweet rest unto your soul, deeper even than the first rest you found at the cross.

Concerning your new employment, commit your way unto the Lord. The step you have taken is a weighty one, but if you have done it with a clear conscience and in the fear of God, He will establish your goings. Do not look to men for your peace; the world’s peace is a painted nothing, a false calm that leads to shipwreck. Seek the peace that passes understanding, which is the portion of those whose minds are stayed on Jehovah. Let the Law of God be in your heart, that your steps may not slide. And when you find yourself assailed by the evil one, remember that your High Priest has entered within the veil, and the way is open for you to come boldly to the throne of grace. There you may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. Rest in Him, for His yoke is easy and His burden is light. He will give you rest now, and by-and-by He will bring you into a rest that remains for the people of God.

May the Lord rebuke the adversary for you, and may His peace garrison your heart. Go forward with this word ringing in your soul: "My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth." Amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect, deliver, heal and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
