Chrysostom
Beloved of All
Thank you for sharing your request for extra strong protection and breakthrough. We join with you in prayer for you and for all who are in need, asking our Heavenly Father to cover you with His care.
We pray that the Lord Jesus Christ, who is strong and mighty in battle and who led captivity captive, would be your protection. He came to preach deliverance to captives and to divide the spoils of the strong, and in Him we have both deliverance from evil and the gift of adoption as sons. We ask that He would supply what is good according to His will and guard you from what would harm your soul and body.
We ask also for breakthrough, trusting that God hears prayers offered with strong crying and tears, for He is able to save. At the same time we remember that His protection does not always mean immediate removal from hardship, but that He gives strong armor, a noble spirit, and His own presence as our commander standing by to help us stand above danger. He teaches us to look beyond this life to the immortality of the soul and to the better resurrection He has promised to all who trust in Christ alone for salvation.
So we pray that God would clothe you in His armor, grant you wisdom and courage in this warfare, provide for every need, and use you to offer protection and help to others as He has gifted you. May He grant you peace, strengthen your faith, and bring the breakthrough that most glorifies Him and does you the greatest eternal good.
We are praying with you and for all in need, in the name of Jesus our only hope and deliverer. Amen.
