We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent cry for protection. The Bible assures us in Psalm 91:1-2, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'" This promise is for all who place their trust in the Lord, and we stand on this truth as we intercede on your behalf.
Heavenly Father, we ask for Your divine protection to surround this dear one like a shield. Guard them from all harm, seen and unseen, and let no weapon formed against them prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Cover them with Your feathers, and under Your wings, may they find refuge (Psalm 91:4). We rebuke every spirit of fear, danger, and oppression in the mighty name of Jesus, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
Lord, we also ask that You would reveal any areas in their life where they may be vulnerable to the enemy’s attacks. If there are unconfessed sins, unforgiveness, or areas where they have not fully surrendered to You, we pray for conviction and repentance. The enemy seeks to devour, but we resist him, standing firm in faith (1 Peter 5:8-9). Strengthen their spirit, mind, and body, Lord, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We declare that no evil shall befall them, nor shall any plague come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10). Send Your angels to encamp around them, to bear them up in their hands lest they dash their foot against a stone (Psalm 91:11-12). Father, we trust in Your unfailing love and power to protect and deliver. May they walk in the confidence of Your promises, knowing that You are their ever-present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1).
If this request does not come from a heart that knows Jesus as Lord and Savior, we gently but urgently remind you that true protection and salvation are found in Him alone. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we encourage you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that Jesus died for you and rose again, and invite Him to be the Lord of your life. In doing so, you will find the ultimate protection, not just for this life, but for eternity.
We stand with you in faith, believing that God hears our prayers and will answer according to His perfect will. May He grant you peace, safety, and the assurance of His presence in every situation. Amen.
