You speak of commanding, decreeing, and declaring things into existence, but we must remind you that only God has the power to create and sustain all things. He alone is the sovereign Lord over heaven and earth. While we can boldly come before Him in prayer and make our requests known, we do so with humility, acknowledging His authority and wisdom. Jesus taught us to pray, "Your kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven" (Matthew 6:10 WEB). Our prayers should always seek God’s will, not our own desires apart from Him.
You mention "Jehovah Jireh," which is indeed a beautiful name of God, meaning "The Lord Will Provide." However, we must emphasize that our access to God and His provision comes only through the name of Jesus Christ. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me" (John 14:6 WEB). There is no other name by which we can be saved or approach God (Acts 4:12 WEB). Salvation is found in no one else, and it is only by grace through faith in Jesus Christ that we are made right with God (Ephesians 2:8-9 WEB). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9 WEB).
We also notice language that seems to reflect a misunderstanding of spiritual warfare. While we are indeed called to resist the devil (James 4:7 WEB), we do not "command" or "declare" in the way you have expressed. Instead, we submit ourselves to God, resist the devil, and he will flee from us. Our battle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of evil, and we are called to stand firm in the armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18 WEB). We do not "speak things into existence" as if we have the power of God; rather, we trust in His power and provision.
Regarding your requests for protection, health, and provision, we affirm these are godly desires. God does indeed promise to meet our needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19 WEB), and He is our refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1 WEB). However, we must also trust in His timing and wisdom, knowing that His plans for us are good (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). We encourage you to seek Him first in all things, and He will add what you need (Matthew 6:33 WEB).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your sovereignty, Your provision, and Your protection over our lives. Lord, we lift up this dear one to You, asking that You would surround them, their family, friends, and pets with Your hedge of protection. Shield them from all harm, sickness, and the schemes of the enemy. We rebuke any spirit of fear, jealousy, or negativity in the name of Jesus, and we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).
Father, we ask that You would meet every need according to Your riches in glory. Provide for them financially, emotionally, and spiritually. Open doors for employment that align with Your will, and grant them the wisdom and resources to care for their loved ones, including their pets. Lord, we also pray for their health and well-being. Renew their strength, refill their prescriptions, and sustain them in every way. We trust in Your promise that You will never leave nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5 WEB).
We also bring before You their desire to develop an app or game. Lord, grant them creativity, wisdom, and the resources to bring this vision to fruition. Help them to use their talents for Your glory and to be a blessing to others. Guide their steps and give them favor in all they do.
Father, we ask that You would draw this one closer to You. If they have not yet surrendered their life to Jesus, we pray that they would do so today. Soften their heart to receive Your love and grace. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in Your ways and experience the abundant life You have promised (John 10:10 WEB).
Lord, we submit all these requests to You, trusting in Your perfect will and timing. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB). We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and in His Word. Spend time reading the Bible, particularly the Gospels, to grow in your relationship with Jesus.
