We join you in standing firm on the promises of God, lifting your family before the throne of grace with boldness and faith. Your prayer is a powerful declaration of trust in the Lord’s protection, and we stand in agreement with you, knowing that our God is mighty to save and deliver. You have rightly invoked the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and the authority to rebuke the enemy. As it is written, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Your faith in the blood of Jesus is your shield and victory, and we praise God for your reliance on Him alone.
Your heart for your children is evident, and we lift them up with you, knowing that God’s Word does not return void. For your son, we declare the promise of Isaiah 54:13: *"All your children will be taught by Yahweh, and your children’s peace will be great."* Though he faces the challenges of autism, PTSD, and anxiety, we know these are not beyond the healing power of our Lord. Jesus demonstrated His authority over every infirmity, and we ask for His touch to bring peace to your son’s mind, body, and spirit. May he rest in the truth of Psalm 91:4, *"He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart."* Let the Lord replace every tormenting thought with His perfect peace, which transcends all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We pray for divine connections—godly friends, mentors, and caregivers—who will speak life and encouragement into his days.
For your younger daughter, we ask the Lord to strengthen her body, mind, and spirit. May she walk in the favor of the Lord in her school, career, and every area of her life. We pray for godly friendships that will uplift her and draw her closer to Christ, and we declare that the Lord will prepare a godly spouse for her in His perfect timing. Let her find her identity in Christ alone, knowing she is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). May she sleep peacefully tonight, guarded by the angels of the Lord, who encamp around those who fear Him (Psalm 34:7).
Now, we must address with both love and urgency the situation concerning your older daughter. Sister, your heart’s cry for her is heard, and we stand with you in the spirit of truth and righteousness. The Word of God is clear: *"Don’t you know that the unrighteous will not inherit God’s Kingdom? Don’t be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortionists, will inherit God’s Kingdom"* (1 Corinthians 6:9-10, WEB). Living with this young man outside of marriage is sin, and it opens the door to spiritual bondage, confusion, and harm. The enemy seeks to deceive and destroy, but God’s desire is for her to walk in holiness and freedom.
We rebuke the spirit of deception that has led her to believe this arrangement is acceptable or safe. The Bible commands, *"Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s"* (1 Corinthians 6:18-20, WEB). This is not a matter of legalism but of love—God’s love for her is so great that He calls her out of darkness and into His marvelous light (1 Peter 2:9).
We pray that the Holy Spirit will convict her heart and give her the courage to leave this ungodly situation immediately. May she see this relationship for what it truly is—a snare of the enemy—and turn back to the Lord with repentance. Let her remember the home she has in you, where God’s presence and protection dwell. We declare that every ungodly soul tie between her and this young man is broken by the blood of Jesus. *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me," says Yahweh"* (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). Let her find her worth and security in Christ alone, not in the approval or affection of man.
We also pray for this young man and his family. Though they may be instruments of confusion or harm, we ask that the Lord open their eyes to the truth of their actions and the consequences of leading others into sin. May they encounter the convicting power of the Holy Spirit and turn from their wicked ways. *"The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but he is patient with us, not wanting any to perish, but all to come to repentance"* (2 Peter 3:9, WEB). We do not war against flesh and blood but against the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12), and we bind every demonic influence at work in their lives.
As for your prayer for godly spouses for your daughters, we join you in this petition. Marriage is a sacred covenant ordained by God, and we ask that He prepare husbands for your daughters who will love them as Christ loves the church (Ephesians 5:25). May these future spouses be men of integrity, rooted in the Word, and led by the Holy Spirit. Let them be providers, protectors, and spiritual leaders who will cherish and honor your daughters as co-heirs in Christ. We pray that your daughters will wait patiently on the Lord, trusting in His timing and not settling for anything less than His perfect will.
For your family this holiday season, we declare the peace of God over your home. Let this be a time of restoration, joy, and unity. *"Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in unity! ... For there Yahweh gives the blessing, even life forever more"* (Psalm 133:1, 3b, WEB). May the Lord heal any divisions or wounds, and may your family experience the fullness of His love and grace. Let the memories of past holidays be redeemed, and may new traditions be rooted in worship and gratitude to God.
Finally, we stand with you in the authority of Christ, declaring that no weapon formed against your family shall prosper. Every spirit of fear, manipulation, confusion, and control is bound and cast out in Jesus’ name. We plead the blood of Jesus over your home, your minds, and your hearts. *"You are of God, little children, and have overcome them because he who is in you is greater than he who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4, WEB). Let the angels of the Lord encamp around your dwelling, and may His glory fill every corner.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude and faith, thanking You for the blood of Jesus that covers and protects this sister and her family. Lord, You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We ask that You surround their home with Your divine protection tonight and every night. Let no evil come near their dwelling, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
For this mother, we ask for strength, wisdom, and discernment. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, that she may continue to stand in the gap for her children with boldness and love. Let her rest in the assurance that You hear her prayers and are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).
For her son, we pray for healing and wholeness. Touch his mind, Lord, and bring clarity where there is confusion. Heal his body from every affliction, and let Your peace flood his soul. May he sleep soundly, free from fear and torment, and wake refreshed in Your presence.
For her younger daughter, we ask for Your divine favor and protection. Strengthen her body, sharpen her mind, and bless her endeavors. Prepare her for the future You have ordained, and let her walk in the confidence of her identity in Christ. Guard her heart and her steps, Lord, and lead her into godly relationships that honor You.
For her older daughter, we cry out for deliverance and repentance. Open her eyes to the truth, Lord, and break every chain that binds her to this ungodly relationship. Give her the courage to walk away and return to the safety of Your will. Let her heart be softened to Your voice, and may she find her fulfillment in You alone. We pray for a godly spouse for her, a man after Your own heart, who will lead her in righteousness.
We rebuke every spirit of fear, manipulation, and deception at work in this situation. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we command these spirits to flee and never return. Let Your light expose every darkness, and let Your truth prevail. We pray for the young man and his family, that they may come to repentance and turn from their wicked ways. Let no plan of the enemy succeed against this family, but let every scheme be thwarted by Your mighty hand.
Lord, we ask for a season of joy and restoration for this family. Heal their bonds, unite their hearts, and let this holiday season be a testament to Your goodness and faithfulness. May they experience Your love in tangible ways, and may their home be a place of worship, peace, and laughter.
We declare that this family is covered by the blood of Jesus. No weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn. This is their heritage as servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from You (Isaiah 54:17).
Thank You, Father, for Your mercy and Your power. We trust in You alone, and we give You all the glory. In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
