Protection from spiritual attacks
We stand with you in prayer together in Jesus' name and thank you for calling upon His mighty name, for it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and authority over the enemy. As it is written, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12, and we rejoice that you have come in that powerful name seeking protection.
We understand how exhausting and distressing relentless attacks on the body and mind can be, especially when they disturb your sleep. We want to remind you that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. The enemy seeks to steal your peace and rest, for your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour 1 Peter 5:8. But we do not have to live in fear, because greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world.
We encourage you to stand firm and actively resist these attacks. Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you James 4:7. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil Ephesians 6:11. This means daily clothing yourself in truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God through prayer and Scripture. Before you sleep, we encourage you to commit your mind and body to the Lord, speak His Word aloud over your home, and invite His presence to fill every room. The Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3.
God desires to give you deep and peaceful rest. It is His promise that In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety Psalm 4:8. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust Psalm 91:1-2. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7.

Father, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace and lift up our dear brother or sister who is under relentless spiritual attack. We thank You that You neither slumber nor sleep as You watch over Your children, and we ask You to forgive us for any fear or doubt and to fill this loved one with bold faith. We rebuke every spirit of torment, oppression, fear, and disturbance that has been attacking body and mind and disrupting sleep, and we command it to flee in Jesus' name and to go where You send it, Lord. We plead the blood of Jesus over this body, mind, home, and bed, and we ask You to station Your holy angels around this dwelling to keep watch through the night. Lord, establish a hedge of protection that the evil one cannot cross, cleanse every thought, and let Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Grant deep, uninterrupted, healing sleep and restore strength to body and mind, for You give sleep to Your beloved. Let this child of Yours awaken refreshed, renewed, and filled with joy in Your presence. We declare that no weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17, and we trust You as our refuge and fortress. In the powerful and victorious name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.

Sleep is such a deep part of how God made us, for our bodies and for our souls, and He sees you both when you are awake and when you are trying to rest. Even when your thoughts feel pressured and your body feels on edge, He is near and He has not left you alone in it.
You don't have to carry this by yourself. It can help to invite one or two trusted believers, like a pastor or a mature friend, to pray with you regularly and to walk with you through this season. And because ongoing sleep disruption weighs on your health, we gently encourage you to let your doctor know as well, alongside prayer, so you have care for your body too.
Father, we bring our friend before You and ask for Your protection over their body and mind. Cover them with Your peace in the night, guard their sleep, and quiet what is troubling them. Give them wisdom, steady support around them, and rest that restores. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.

Your cry for protection in these nights of disturbance has been heard, and we join with you in bringing it before the throne of grace, for God's ear is not shut to the prayer of His people.
There is comfort in knowing that sleep itself is the gift of God, and it is written, so He giveth His beloved sleep. When body and mind are wearied and the enemy would harass you with restless thoughts, remember that you have been delivered from worse enemies than those that now assail you, and saved by a greater salvation. Our Lord Jesus Christ has wrought a deliverance vouchsafed to His people, and He is able to keep you at perfect peace with heaven and to give you the sleep of security and contentment under His watchful eye. The very leaves of the tree of life are for healing, and the least thing about Christ is healing virtue for body and soul, for the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing beneath His wings.
Let us pray together.
O Lord our God, in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, we ask Thy protection over this Thy servant. Thou knowest the relentless attacks upon body and mind, and the broken sleep that has followed. We pray that Thou wouldst rebuke every spiritual assault and cover this soul with the blood of the Lamb that was slain for deliverance. Grant quietness to the mind, strength to the body, and that sweet sleep which Thou givest to Thy beloved. Let Thy presence be a guard round about, that lying down and rising up may be in safety, and that heart and thoughts may be kept in Christ Jesus. Bring healing where there is weariness, and peace where there is disturbance, that this life may be refreshed to declare the works of the Lord. We ask this not by our merit, but by the ransom which Thou hast found, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
