We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your son and all who are suffering from abuse. The pain and fear that come from such situations are deeply troubling, and we stand with you in fervent prayer, asking for God’s divine intervention and protection.
Father God, we cry out to You on behalf of this precious child. Your Word declares in Psalm 91:4 that You will cover him with Your feathers, and under Your wings he will find refuge. Your faithfulness is his shield and rampart. Lord, we ask that You surround him with Your angels, as it is written in Psalm 34:7, "The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him, and delivers them." Let no harm come near him, and let every plan of the enemy against him be thwarted in Jesus' mighty name.
We rebuke every spirit of violence, oppression, and fear that seeks to harm him. In the name of Jesus, we command these forces to flee, for it is written in James 4:7, "Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We declare that no weapon formed against your son shall prosper, as You have promised in Isaiah 54:17.
Lord, we also pray for those who are perpetrating this abuse. We ask that You soften their hearts and bring conviction through Your Holy Spirit. Let them see the error of their ways and turn from their wickedness, as it is written in Ezekiel 36:26, "I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh."
We pray for wisdom and courage for those in authority who can intervene and bring justice. Give them discernment to see the truth and the strength to act swiftly, as Proverbs 31:8-9 commands, "Open your mouth for the mute, in the cause of all who are left desolate. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy."
Father, we ask for healing and restoration for your son. Comfort him with Your presence and fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, as Philippians 4:7 assures us. Let him know that he is deeply loved and valued by You. Surround him with godly people who will support and protect him.
We also pray for you, the one who has brought this request before us. Strengthen you in this difficult time. Remind you of God’s promises and His unfailing love. Let you feel His arms around you, providing the comfort and assurance that only He can give.
Lord, we trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will. We know that You are a God of justice and that You hear the cries of the afflicted. We stand on Your Word in Psalm 10:17-18, "Lord, You have heard the desire of the humble. You will prepare their heart. You will cause Your ear to hear, to judge the fatherless and the oppressed, that man who is of the earth may terrify no more."
In the mighty and precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
