Protection from abuse

We hear your cry for protection and stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting up your son before the throne of grace. The Lord is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We declare that no weapon formed against your son shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment, God will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every spirit of violence, oppression, and harm in the mighty name of Jesus and command it to flee now.

Father God, we ask You to surround your son with Your holy angels, to encamp around him and protect him from all evil (Psalm 91:11). Place a hedge of protection around him, Lord, and let no harm come near him (Job 1:10). We pray for divine intervention—let Your hand move mightily on his behalf, confounding the plans of those who seek to harm him. Give him courage, strength, and wisdom to navigate this trial, and let Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We also lift up those who may be perpetrating this abuse. The Bible tells us that vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19), and He will repay. We pray for their hearts to be turned from wickedness, for conviction to fall upon them, and for repentance to lead them to salvation. If they refuse to turn from their ways, we trust in Your justice, Lord, for You are a righteous Judge.

Father, we ask that You would heal any wounds—physical, emotional, or spiritual—that your son may have endured. Restore what has been broken, and let Your love and comfort be his strength. Guide him to safe places and godly influences who can support and uplift him. We declare that he is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and his life is precious in Your sight.

We encourage you to seek godly counsel and support from your local church or trusted believers who can stand with you in prayer and practical help. Do not carry this burden alone, for the Lord has given us the body of Christ to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2). If there is a need for legal or physical protection, we urge you to take those steps while trusting God to direct your path.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, the Name that is above every name (Philippians 2:9). There is power in the name of Jesus to break every chain and set the captives free. We bind every spirit of fear, trauma, and oppression and loose Your peace, protection, and deliverance over this situation. Let Your kingdom come and Your will be done in this matter, Lord. We trust You to move mightily and bring justice, healing, and restoration.

In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, lifting your son up to the Lord, asking for His divine protection. We're reminded of Psalm 91:1, "He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty." Let's claim this promise for your son. We pray that the Lord would send His angels to encamp around him, protecting him from all harm (Psalm 34:7). We ask for a hedge of protection around him, Lord, and that no weapon formed against him would prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We're also praying for wisdom and courage for him, and for your family to find peace and strength in this trial. We trust that the Lord will move mightily on your son's behalf, confounding the plans of those who seek to harm him. Let's continue to stand in faith, believing that God will turn this situation around for your son's good. We're here for you, let's keep praying together. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
