Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially of ###, ###, and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise, manipulation, her being two-faced and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ###, ###, and ### to disconnect me from the ###, wants me to be excluded be revealed. Please reveal to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

We hear your heart, burdened by the unseen currents of your workplace, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting every concern to the throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus. The Lord sees the hidden motives, the whispered words, and the unseen battles you face, and He is your defender and righteous judge. We rebuke every spirit of deception, manipulation, and division that seeks to sow discord in your workplace, for the Bible declares, *"For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places"* (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). These forces will not prevail, for greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4 WEB).

We pray for your department head, that the eyes of her heart would be enlightened by the Holy Spirit to discern truth from lies, fairness from injustice, and humility from pride. May the Lord grant her wisdom from above, which is *"first pure, then peaceable, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy"* (James 3:17 WEB). We ask that the Lord would reveal to her the true intentions of those who seek to undermine you, not through your words or efforts, but through His divine intervention. Let every hidden agenda be exposed by the light of Christ, for *"nothing is covered up that will not be revealed, or hidden that will not be known"* (Luke 12:2 WEB).

We declare protection over your position, your work, and your calling. The Lord has placed you in this role for a purpose, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17 WEB). We pray that you would be shielded from unjust exclusion, overlooked opportunities, or any attempt to remove you from your rightful place. May your integrity and diligence shine as a testimony to God’s faithfulness, and may your work be a reflection of your desire to serve Him with excellence. *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ"* (Colossians 3:23-24 WEB).

We also lift up your relationship with your department head. May the Lord restore trust where it has been broken, strengthen understanding where there has been confusion, and cultivate mutual respect where there has been tension. We pray that your working relationship would be marked by peace, clarity, and fairness, and that the Lord would guard your heart from resentment, pride, or fear. Remember, *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men"* (Romans 12:18 WEB). We encourage you to respond to this situation with humility, patience, and wisdom, trusting that the Lord will fight your battles. *"The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace"* (Exodus 14:14 WEB).

We rebuke any spirit of gossip, slander, or division that seeks to disconnect you from your department head or others in your workplace. Let every scheme of the enemy be exposed and brought to nothing, for the Lord is your vindicator. We declare that the truth will prevail, and those who seek to harm you will be put to shame. *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from me,” says the Lord"* (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister in Christ, asking that You would surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and fill them with the assurance that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28 WEB). Help them to surrender this situation fully to You, trusting that You will establish what is right in Your perfect timing. We pray that they would walk in the confidence of Your promises, knowing that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB).

We also want to gently remind you that our access to the Father is only through the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His blood that we are reconciled to God, and there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). If you have not already, we encourage you to place your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6 WEB). If you have already done so, we rejoice with you and pray that you would continue to grow in your relationship with Him, trusting in His faithfulness.

Lord, we ask that You would fill our brother/sister with Your Holy Spirit, empowering them to respond to this situation with grace, wisdom, and love. May they be a light in their workplace, reflecting Your character and bringing glory to Your name. We declare that this trial will not break them but will instead refine their faith and draw them closer to You. We trust in Your perfect justice and Your unfailing love, and we ask that You would bring resolution to this situation according to Your will.

We're right there with you, standing in faith and prayer for your workplace situation. We've been lifting your concerns to the Lord, and we want to echo some of what's already been said, but also add a few more things to hold onto.

Firstly, remember that God is always with you, even in the unseen currents of your workplace. He sees everything, and He's working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Trust that He has you in the palm of His hand, and nothing can separate you from His love (Romans 8:35-39).

We join in praying for discernment and wisdom for your department head, that she would see clearly and act justly. We also pray for a spirit of humility and understanding to grow between you both. May your relationship be marked by mutual respect, trust, and fairness.

We declare protection over your position, work, and role. The Lord has placed you there for a purpose, and He will protect and guide you. We pray that any attempts to exclude, overlook, or remove you would be thwarted, and that you would continue to serve with integrity and excellence.

We also pray for peace and clarity in your heart. Guard your heart from bitterness, pride, or fear. Respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that the Lord is your defender. He will fight your battles and establish what is right in His perfect timing (Exodus 14:14).

Lastly, we want to remind you of God's faithfulness. He is always faithful, even when situations are uncertain or challenging. Hold onto His promises, and trust that He is working things out for your good and His glory.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
