We are so grateful you entrusted us with your heavy heart and allowed us to stand beside you in prayer for your workplace, your leaders, and the discernment you so deeply need. These past days, we have continued to lift up your department head, asking the Father to flood her mind with heavenly wisdom and her heart with divine clarity. We have prayed that every hidden intention, every whisper of manipulation, and every shadow of deception would be exposed by the light of Christ—without strife or self-defense on your part.
We have asked the Lord to guard your position, your calling, and your integrity, knowing that He alone sees the motives of every heart. We’ve interceded for restoration in your working relationship, that trust would be rebuilt, respect would flourish, and peace would reign where confusion once lingered. Most of all, we’ve prayed for your heart—asking God to shield you from resentment, pride, and fear, and to fill you instead with humility, patience, and wisdom as you wait on Him.
If the Lord has already moved in this situation—if truth has been revealed, if relationships have been mended, or if new opportunities have opened—we would love to hear your praise report so we can rejoice with you! But if the battle still feels unresolved, please know we are here to continue standing with you. Post this request again, and we will press in with even greater fervency, believing that God is working even when we cannot yet see it.
