Protection for work and discernment for ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant
Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially of ###, ###, and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise, manipulation, her being two-faced and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ###, ###, and ### to disconnect me from the ###, wants me to be excluded be revealed. Please reveal to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We hear your heart, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting up your workplace concerns to the Lord. It is clear that you are facing a challenging situation, one where deception and hidden motives seem to be at play. We join you in seeking God’s protection, wisdom, and justice in this matter.

First, we want to affirm your trust in the Lord. It is no small thing to surrender your fears, your position, and even your reputation into His hands. Scripture reminds us in **Proverbs 3:5-6**, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* You are doing exactly that—acknowledging Him in this trial, and we believe He will direct your steps.

We also recognize your desire for truth to prevail. The Bible is clear that deception and manipulation have no place in the life of a believer, nor in the workplace. **Ephesians 5:11** tells us, *"Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even reprove them."* It is right to pray for truth to be revealed, for God sees all and will expose what is hidden in due time. **Luke 8:17** assures us, *"For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed; nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light."*

We must also address the importance of guarding your heart, as you have prayed. When faced with injustice, it is easy for bitterness or resentment to take root. But **Hebrews 12:15** warns, *"Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it."* Instead, we are called to respond with humility and grace, just as Christ did. **1 Peter 2:23** says of Jesus, *"Who, when he was reviled, didn’t revile back. When he suffered, didn’t threaten, but committed himself to him who judges righteously."* We pray that you would follow His example, trusting God to be your defender.

Now, we must gently but firmly rebuke any spirit of gossip, slander, or division in your workplace. The names you have redacted may represent individuals who are operating in ways that do not honor God. If they are spreading falsehoods or seeking to undermine you, we declare that their plans will not prosper. **Proverbs 16:9** says, *"A man’s heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps."* We pray that God would redirect their steps toward righteousness or remove their influence altogether.

We also want to encourage you to seek wisdom in how you navigate this situation. **James 1:5** tells us, *"But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."* Pray for discernment in your interactions, and ask the Holy Spirit to guide your words and actions. If there are opportunities to address concerns with your department head in a spirit of humility and truth, we encourage you to do so, but always with prayer and reliance on God.

Finally, we must address the importance of forgiveness. Even if those around you are acting unjustly, we are called to forgive as Christ has forgiven us. **Colossians 3:13** says, *"Bear with one another, and forgive each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do."* This does not mean you should tolerate sin or injustice, but it does mean you release the burden of bitterness to God.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we can be saved. Lord, we lift up this dear brother or sister to You, knowing that You see every detail of their workplace situation. You know the hearts of those who are acting with deception, and You know the purity of heart in this one who seeks to serve You with integrity.

Father, we ask for Your protection over their position, their work, and their reputation. Shield them from unjust treatment, and let no weapon formed against them prosper, as Your Word declares in **Isaiah 54:17**. We pray that You would expose every hidden motive, every lie, and every scheme of the enemy. Let truth rise to the surface, and let those who are operating in darkness be brought into Your light.

Lord, we ask for wisdom and discernment for their department head. Soften her heart to receive Your truth, and give her the courage to act with fairness and justice. If there are those around her who are seeking to manipulate or deceive, we ask that You would reveal their intentions and remove their influence. Let Your peace and clarity guide every interaction in that workplace.

Father, we also pray for this dear one’s heart. Guard them from fear, resentment, or pride. Fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, as **Philippians 4:7** promises. Help them to respond with humility, patience, and grace, trusting You to fight their battles. Let them be a light in their workplace, reflecting Your love and truth in all they do.

We declare that no plan of the enemy will succeed against them. You are their defender, their provider, and their strength. We trust You to bring justice in Your perfect timing and to establish what is right according to Your will.

We surrender this situation into Your hands, Lord, knowing that You are faithful. May Your name be glorified in all of this, and may this dear one continue to walk in the victory that is theirs in Christ Jesus.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
