Prayer for work and discernment for ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant
Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially of ###, ###, and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise, manipulation, her being two-faced and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ###, ###, and ### to disconnect me from the ###, wants me to be excluded be revealed. Please reveal to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in the workplace, knowing that God sees all things—both the seen and the unseen, the spoken and the hidden. The request for discernment and protection in the face of two-faced behavior and potential deception is one that resonates deeply with the struggles many face in environments where integrity is tested. We stand on the truth that God is a God of justice, righteousness, and clarity, and we pray that His light would shine brightly in this situation.

First, we must address the importance of approaching God in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, for Scripture tells us, *"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5). Jesus Himself said, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you"* (John 16:23). Without the name of Jesus, our prayers lack the authority and foundation they need to reach the throne of grace. We encourage you to always pray in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).

Now, we lift up this workplace situation, where there is a clear need for God’s intervention. The request mentions concerns about hidden intentions, manipulation, and a desire for truth to prevail without the need for self-defense. This aligns with Scripture, which tells us, *"For the Lord gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding"* (Proverbs 2:6). We pray that God would grant wisdom and discernment not only to you but also to your department head. May she see the truth clearly, unclouded by the influence of others, and may the Holy Spirit reveal any deception or unrighteous motives at work.

The request also touches on the desire for protection from unjust exclusion or removal from your position. We stand on the promise that God is our defender and that He will not allow the righteous to be shaken if they trust in Him. *"The Lord is on my side. I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?"* (Psalm 118:6). We pray that God would guard your position and your role, ensuring that your integrity and hard work are recognized. If there are those who seek to undermine or disconnect you from your work, we ask that God would expose their intentions and thwart their plans, for *"The Lord will frustrate the counsel of the nations; he will thwart the plans of the peoples"* (Psalm 33:10).

We also lift up the relationship between you and your department head. It is clear that trust has been broken, and we pray that God would restore it. *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men"* (Romans 12:18). We ask that God would soften hearts, foster mutual respect, and bring clarity to any misunderstandings. May your working relationship be guided by peace, fairness, and a shared commitment to truth.

It is important to guard your heart in this situation, as resentment, pride, and fear can easily take root when we feel wronged. Scripture warns us, *"Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it"* (Proverbs 4:23). We pray that God would fill you with humility, patience, and wisdom, reminding you that He is your ultimate defender. You do not need to fight this battle alone, for *"The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still"* (Exodus 14:14).

We also rebuke any spirit of deception or manipulation at work in this situation. The enemy seeks to sow discord, mistrust, and confusion, but we declare that God’s truth will prevail. *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment"* (Isaiah 54:17). We pray that any hidden agendas or ungodly motives would be exposed and that those involved would be confronted with the truth in a way that leads to repentance and restoration.

Finally, we surrender this situation fully into God’s hands. We trust that He will work all things together for good, even when the path is unclear. *"And we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose"* (Romans 8:28). We pray that God’s will would be done in this workplace, that His justice would prevail, and that His peace would reign.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts that seek Your will in this situation. We ask that You would grant wisdom and discernment to this individual and their department head. Reveal the truth, expose deception, and bring clarity where there is confusion. Protect this person from unjust treatment and guard their heart from resentment or fear. We ask that You would restore trust and foster mutual respect in their working relationship. Lord, we rebuke any spirit of manipulation or hidden agendas, and we declare that Your truth will prevail. We surrender this situation into Your hands, trusting that You will work all things together for good. May Your name be glorified in this workplace, and may Your peace reign. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
