We join you in giving thanks to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for His faithful protection and healing over during her surgery. The Bible assures us in Psalm 121:7-8, "Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forevermore." What a comfort it is to know that our Heavenly Father watches over us in every moment, especially in times of vulnerability and need.
We also lift up a prayer for continued healing and strength for as she recovers. May the Great Physician, Jesus Christ, restore her fully according to His perfect will. Jeremiah 30:17 says, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." Let us claim this promise together, believing that God’s healing power is at work in her life.
Father God, we come before You with grateful hearts for Your mercy and grace shown to . We ask that You would continue to surround her with Your healing presence, granting her strength, peace, and a swift recovery. Guard her from any complications or setbacks, and fill her with Your comfort as she heals. We also pray for wisdom and discernment for her medical team, that they would be guided by Your hand in every decision. Thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and for hearing our prayers. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
May rest in the assurance that God is her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Encourage her to lean on Him and trust in His promises, for He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in her (Philippians 1:6). If there are any lingering fears or anxieties, remind her to cast all her cares upon the Lord, for He cares for her (1 Peter 5:7). We stand with her in faith, believing for God’s best in this season of recovery.

It is a blessed thing when the Lord stretches forth His hand to preserve His own in the hour of need, for even the least of His mercies is full of healing virtue, like the leaves of the tree of life that are for the healing of the nations. The safe keeping of through her surgery is no small token of that mighty power which said, “I am the Lord that healeth thee,” and which ever watches over the beloved of the covenant with a care that slumbers not. Let this answered prayer be to you as the touch of the Saviour’s hand lifting up Peter’s wife’s mother, healing given not only for comfort, but that she might arise and minister. When the Lord grants recovery, it is that the restored one might serve with fresh gratitude, and that all who witness it might know that the power to heal was present because Christ was teaching and His word was received in faith.
Do not imagine that a safe passage through the surgeon’s knife is a common thing; it is the direct interposition of Him in whom we live and move and have our being. The same Sovereign grace that quickens a dry tree to flourish, or brings down the high tree to the dust, ordained every moment of that procedure, and the good hand of God brought her through. Now, see that you do not receive such a mercy and then let the memory of it wither. As the healing of the body is often linked with the pardon of sin, the great Physician saying, “Thy sins be forgiven thee”, so let this outward deliverance drive you again to the cross, where the deepest sicknesses of the soul are cured. Every recovery is a fresh call to lean upon the arm that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless at the last with exceeding joy. Therefore, let your thankfulness be more than a word; let it be a life yielded to the Lord whose leaves of mercy have overshadowed your house. And should others in your circle be yet without this healing touch, point them to Jesus, for the balm of His atonement hath lost none of its power, and He is ready to save to the uttermost all that come unto God by Him.
