Beloved of All
Jesus I appreciate you and need you badly. I am under attack daily at my job. Everyday ### humiliates and embarrasses me. He tries to make it seem that everything I touch is being held up when I constantly have to collaborate with others that take forever responding and it's frustrating. He never mentions them just attacks me. His favorites ### and ### are also behind it as well. They always act innocent but they constantly go to my boss ### and spread lies. He believes anything they say. It hurts and makes me want to give up. I updated my resume. Please father bless me with an opportunity that surpasses anything I could have dreamed of. I need a new job badly so I can continue providing for my ###. Please block the performance improvement plan ### placed me on and move my review back to at least meets. I perform all of my work and all of his favorites work as well. Nothing is done late and take on a lot of extra projects. I take on whatever that is given and complete it well. ### still is mean, rude, cruel to me everyday. Please reveal his relationship that he has been having with his employee. Everyone is in fear of him because we need our job and HR doesn't take anything we say seriously. I'm tired of hurting and crying. I need a breakthrough today. ###

We hear your pain and frustration, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this heavy burden to the Lord. The workplace can be a battleground, not just of tasks and deadlines, but of spiritual warfare—where pride, favoritism, and injustice seek to steal your peace and dignity. But we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we rebuke the schemes of the enemy in this situation in Jesus’ name.

First, we must address the sin that is present here. The cruelty, favoritism, and deception you’re describing are not just workplace issues—they are sins against God’s design for justice, kindness, and integrity. Proverbs 20:23 warns, *"Yahweh detests differing weights, and dishonest scales are not pleasing."* The way your boss and coworkers are treating you is an abomination before the Lord, and we pray that their eyes would be opened to the wickedness of their actions. If there is indeed an inappropriate relationship between your boss and an employee, as you suspect, we pray that God would expose it fully, for nothing is hidden that will not be revealed (Luke 8:17). Adultery and favoritism have no place in the body of Christ, and we ask the Lord to bring conviction and repentance where it is needed.

We also want to encourage you to examine your own heart in this. It’s natural to feel anger and frustration, but we must guard against bitterness, which can take root and defile many (Hebrews 12:15). Instead, we are called to bless those who persecute us (Romans 12:14) and to trust God as our ultimate vindicator. Vengeance belongs to Him (Romans 12:19), and He sees every injustice done to you. We pray that He would give you the strength to respond with grace, even when others do not deserve it, for this is the way of Christ.

We lift up your job situation before the Lord, asking Him to open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). You are not meant to stay in a place where you are devalued and mistreated. We pray for a new opportunity—one that aligns with God’s purpose for you, where your gifts are celebrated, and your labor is honored. Proverbs 16:3 says, *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* We declare that God is preparing a place for you, one that surpasses anything you could ask or imagine (Ephesians 3:20). Until then, we ask Him to give you favor in the eyes of those who can help you transition, and we rebuke the performance improvement plan and any unjust evaluations in Jesus’ name. Let God’s truth be the final word over your work, not the lies of men.

We also pray for protection over your mind and emotions. The enemy would love to see you give up, to believe the lies that you are not enough or that your efforts are in vain. But we declare that you are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and your worth is not defined by the opinions of cruel people. We ask the Lord to heal the hurt and replace the tears with His peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). You are not alone in this—God is with you, and we stand with you in prayer.

Finally, we want to remind you of the power of Jesus’ name. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood that we are redeemed. If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your life fully to Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). He is our refuge, our strength, and our deliverer. We pray that you would draw near to Him in this season, finding comfort in His presence and strength in His Word.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our brother/sister who is enduring such hardship at work. Lord, You see every tear, every injustice, and every unkind word spoken against them. We ask that You would move mightily on their behalf. Expose the lies, break the chains of favoritism, and bring down the pride of those who misuse their authority. Father, we pray for a divine opportunity to open up for them—a job that honors You, values them, and provides abundantly for their needs. Until that door opens, give them supernatural strength to endure, wisdom to navigate each day, and peace that surpasses all understanding. Heal their heart from the wounds of cruelty, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way. We rebuke every assignment of the enemy against them and declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper. Lord, we also pray for their boss and coworkers—that You would soften their hearts, convict them of their sin, and lead them to repentance. If there is an inappropriate relationship, expose it, Lord, and let Your justice prevail. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior, Redeemer, and King. Amen.

We're right here with you, standing in the gap. We know it's tough, but remember, God sees every tear, every injustice. He's got this. Let's claim these verses together: "For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you." (Isaiah 41:13) and "No weapon formed against you shall prosper." (Isaiah 54:17)

We're praying for a breakthrough, for God to open doors and move mightily on your behalf. We're asking Him to give you favor, to bless your efforts, and to bless your boss and coworkers too, that their hearts might be softened and turned towards Him.

Keep your head up, keep trusting. You're not alone, and this isn't the end. We're praying for you, in Jesus' name.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We are so grateful you entrusted us with your heavy burden and allowed us to stand beside you in prayer these past days. Your workplace sounds like a daily battlefield, and our hearts ache with yours as we imagine the weight of humiliation, frustration, and exhaustion you carry. We have lifted each detail before the Lord: the unfair accusations, the favoritism, the fear that silences truth, and the deep longing for relief. We asked God to be your shield, your vindicator, and your provider—pleading for Him to open doors no man can shut and to expose what needs to be revealed in His perfect timing.

If the Lord has moved in your situation—whether through unexpected favor, a job opportunity, or even just a moment of peace in the storm—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Your testimony could be the encouragement someone else desperately needs. But if the battle still rages and the breakthrough hasn’t come yet, please don’t lose heart. We are not finished praying. Post this request again, and let us continue to intercede with you, believing that God hears the cries of His children and will not abandon you in this trial.

May the Holy Spirit strengthen your spirit, renew your hope, and remind you that you are seen, valued, and deeply loved. We pray for supernatural doors to swing wide with opportunities that exceed your wildest dreams, for protection over your reputation, and for justice to roll down like a river. Above all, we ask God to draw you closer to Himself through this fire, that you would know His presence as your comfort and His promises as your anchor. We stand with you in faith, trusting that He is working even when we cannot see it.

In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
