Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and for your wife. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for her complete healing and restoration.
We have continued to lift up your wife before the Lord and we remember her specific need before Him. We have been praying for the healing of her left eye after the cataract surgery where the sack was torn and the lens could not be placed as intended, for the major surgery that followed and for the second surgery months later. We know it has now been many months that she still cannot see out of that eye and that the doctors have said it is uncertain whether her sight will return. We have asked our Father who formed her inward parts and who hears us when we cry out to restore her sight completely, to make her whole again as on the day He brought her into this world with full sight in both eyes. We have also prayed for her balance and strength as she walks, and for the ministry of her hands in sewing blankets for the church and for needy families which she so desires to do again. We trust the Lord who is able to do what is impossible for man and we cling to His promise in Jeremiah 30:17 that He will restore health and heal wounds and in Psalm 147:3 that He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.
We pray in Jesus Name that the Lord would flood her with His Spirit, touch and heal her eyes completely, guide the doctors with wisdom, and fill you both with peace and hope as you wait on Him.
