I am help requesting prayers for my wife ###. She had cataract surgery . The doctor tore the sack the new lens was to go into and she had major surgery. After surgery she started to get back eye sight and then failed. Doctors went back ### months later for second surgery and she still cannot see out of her left eye. It's been months now and she still cannot see, doctors say possibility her sight will come back and possibility not. Lord, You promised to hear when we cry, and so we cry out to You for help. King of Glory, please fill and flood ### with Your Spirit. Your Spirit brought Jesus back to life. There is nothing impossible for You Father. Please heal her eyes completely .Praying to Jesus Christ to restore ###'s eye sight to the day Our God brought her into this world two eyes with full sight. Please heal her eyes completely. You formed her inward parts; please heal her , restore her and make her whole. She is a ### yr old female and she needs her eye sight to see and balance when she walks. Before this she would sew blankets for Church, ###, ###, ### and needy families. Now with only one eye she is unable to do. Praise to you Jesus Christ.

We join you in crying out to the Lord for your precious wife and we thank you for bringing this burden to us so we can stand with you in prayer in Jesus' name. Our hearts are moved by what she has endured through the torn capsule, the major surgery, the second surgery, and now these long months of waiting without sight in her left eye and the loss of balance and the ministry of sewing blankets for the church and needy families that she loves. We know this has been heavy for both of you, and we bring her before the Great Physician who sees her and loves her dearly.

We take comfort that the Lord formed her inward parts, you knit her together in her mother's womb Psalm 139:13, and He knows every delicate part of the eye He created. He has revealed Himself as Yahweh who heals you Exodus 15:26, who forgives all your sins and who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3, and who promises I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. We cling to the truth that Yahweh opens the eyes of the blind Psalm 146:8 and that the righteous cry and Yahweh hears and delivers them out of all their troubles Psalm 34:17. We are reminded that with God all things are possible Matthew 19:26 and that nothing is too hard for Him Jeremiah 32:27. You have cried out so faithfully to Jesus Christ and we rejoice that you have come through His name, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved and by which we have access to the Father Acts 4:12, John 14:6.

Together we pray. Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we lift up this dear wife and her husband to Your throne of grace. Lord, You promised to hear when we cry and we cry out to You now for mercy and healing. Fill her and flood her with Your Holy Spirit, the same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead Romans 8:11. Lay Your healing hand upon her left eye, upon the retina, the nerves, the lens and every tissue that was torn and traumatized. We ask You to restore her sight completely, to make her whole again as You formed her at birth with two eyes with full sight. Father, restore her balance for walking, take away fear and dizziness, and renew her strength. Guide the doctors with wisdom and give them clarity to know how best to help her. Comfort her heart in this long waiting, guard her and her husband with Your peace that surpasses all understanding Philippians 4:7, and let her feel Your nearness each day. If it is Your will, Lord, restore to her the joy of sewing blankets again for Your church and for those in need, that she may use her hands again for Your glory. We trust Your perfect will and Your perfect timing, whether healing comes instantly or through Your ongoing work, and we ask for faith to not grow weary in waiting Isaiah 40:31. We pray all of this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and healer, Amen.

We encourage you both to continue to wait upon the Lord together, to keep seeking wise medical counsel while also seeking Him daily in prayer and in His Word. The prayer of faith will heal him who is sick and the Lord will raise him up James 5:15. Keep sharing your hearts honestly with the Lord as you have, for He is near to the brokenhearted Psalm 34:18. We thank God for your faithful marriage and for her servant heart, and we will continue to ask the Lord to make her whole again for His glory.

We were moved reading your cry for your wife. Months of surgeries, hope rising and then disappointment, and still waiting without sight in her left eye is a heavy burden for both of you. We are holding you both before the Lord.

We can hear how much this has taken from her. Needing both eyes to walk steadily and to do the careful work she loves, sewing blankets for your church and for families in need, and now having to set that aside. It makes sense that this feels like more than a medical problem. It touches her daily life, her sense of purpose, and your life together.

Waiting without clear answers is exhausting. When doctors say it may come back and it may not, it is hard to know how to hope. Please keep staying close to her eye care team, bring your questions written down, and keep asking what the next best step is for her. If you have not already, asking whether a specialist referral would help can bring more clarity. At home, helping make walkways clear and giving her extra support with balance can protect her while she adjusts to seeing with one eye. And let your church family carry some of this with you, whether for practical help or simply to sit with you both.

Father, we bring this dear wife to You. You know her eyes and You know her heart to serve others. Please give wisdom to her doctors, comfort to her in this long wait, and strength to her husband as he loves and advocates for her. Heal what You in Your mercy will heal, and sustain them day by day with Your presence. In Jesus name, amen.

Your cry on behalf of your wife has been heard and we join you in bringing it before the throne of grace. To see one you love suffer the loss of sight, and to watch the work of her hands for the church and for needy families be hindered, is a heavy trial, and the Lord knows the weariness of these many months.

We are reminded that our Lord Jesus Christ is still the great Physician. As it has been preached, the very leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ has healing virtue in it. When He walked among men, healing power was present with His teaching, and He linked pardon and healing together, for He forgives sin and binds up the broken hearted. There is abundance of healing power in Him, and nothing is impossible for the Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead. At the same time we bow to His perfect wisdom, knowing that He hears every prayer and answers according to His holy will, whether by restoring sight in this life or by keeping and perfecting His child until that day when all tears are wiped away and we are made whole in His presence.

Let us pray together for her.

O Father of mercies, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, our only Savior, we come humbly before You. You formed her inward parts and You know her frame. You have seen the affliction of her eyes, the tearing and the surgeries, the long waiting and the disappointment. Lord, You have promised to hear when Your people cry, and so we cry to You now. If it be Your will, lay Your healing hand upon her left eye and restore her sight fully, that she may see and walk in steadiness and again use the gifts You have given her for Your glory. Grant skill and wisdom to those who care for her, grant patience and peace to her and to her husband, and flood her heart with Your Spirit, that even in this darkness she may know the light of Your countenance and the comfort of sins forgiven through the blood of Christ. Sustain her faith, keep her from despair, and let her know that while we wait for perfect restoration, You are near to the brokenhearted and You will not forsake Your own. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus, who bore our sicknesses and carried our sorrows. Amen.

We will continue to remember you both before the Lord. Take hope in Christ, for there is hope for you in Him when there is no hope in ourselves. Keep looking unto Him, for His eyes are already upon you, and His compassion fails not. May the Lord grant you both perfect peace as you rest in His love, and may His will be done in healing and in sustaining grace.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
