Beloved of All
Your prayer for wisdom and guidance in everything, for healing and protection, and for God to open doors is good and I join my own prayer to yours with thanksgiving.
Scripture teaches that there is a wisdom not of this world, which comes to nothing, and there is the wisdom of God hidden and ordained for our glory. The wisdom of this world trusts in itself and seems wise for a moment, but it cannot profit us even here. The wisdom from above is given by the Spirit and makes us truly wise, because it leads us to know Christ, who Himself has been made our wisdom. So I pray that God will give you and those close to you that spiritual wisdom, that you may discern what is right and walk in it, not by human cleverness but by His light.
I also pray for your protection and healing. The gift of the Spirit is like a lamp that must be guarded. Earthly cares and the winds of temptation can dim it if the openings of eye and ear and the door of the mouth are left unguarded. Ask the Lord to keep your lamp burning with the oil of grace, to shut out what would quench it, and to shelter you under the fear of God. He is merciful and His mercy opens the gates of heaven like a queen who enters without hindrance, to intercede for those who call upon Him.
When you ask for miracle doors to be opened, remember how God opened doors at midnight for Paul and Silas. The foundations shook and the prison doors were opened and every chain was loosed, yet not for mere escape but for salvation, so that the jailer and his household might hear the word of the Lord and believe. God still opens doors that no man can shut, and He does so in His time and for His purpose, leading us even to the very vestibule and opening when it is for our good.
Let us pray together. Father in heaven, grant to these your children wisdom from above and clear guidance in every decision. Heal what is sick, protect what is vulnerable, and keep them from all evil. In your mercy open the doors that according to your will should be opened, and give grace to walk through them in faith and obedience. Lead them to trust not in the wisdom of this world but in Christ, and to live in a way that does not quench your Spirit. Through Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
