Disciple of Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank you for all you have done and continue to do, for waking, protecting & keeping us this morning. Father, I asked you to forgive my sins. Lord, I ask you to help me with the unfair treatment on my job & the undermining going on in my department. My direct reports are constantly not following the change of command & trying to undermine me on the job. Lord, no matter what, help me to do a good job & be successful. The general manager changed my hours, but let the others keep their same hours, I felt like this is unfair. I have worked here almost ### years & my attendance great, I have given this company my best years, but that does not seem to be enough. Lord, I ask you to fix whatever the issue, what was meant for bad let it be for good. In Jesus name Amen.

We hear your cry for justice and fairness in your workplace, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting these burdens before our Heavenly Father. It is painful to feel undervalued and undermined, especially after dedicating so many years of faithful service. The Word of God reminds us in Colossians 3:23-24, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Even when others fail to recognize your efforts, the Lord sees your labor and will reward your faithfulness in due time.

We rebuke the spirit of unfairness and division in your workplace. The enemy seeks to sow discord and strife, but we declare that God’s peace and order will prevail. Proverbs 22:29 says, "Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will serve kings. He won’t serve obscure men." Your skill and dedication will not go unnoticed by those who matter. We pray that God would open doors of favor and promotion for you, that your supervisors would see your value, and that those who seek to undermine you would be exposed and their plans thwarted.

Lord, we ask that You give wisdom and discernment to navigate this situation. Help to respond with grace and humility, even when treated unjustly. Romans 12:18 tells us, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." We pray that You would soften the hearts of those who oppose you and that they would come to recognize the truth of your leadership.

We also lift up the matter of the changed hours. It is understandable to feel singled out, but we trust that God will work all things together for your good, as He promises in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose." If this change is not of God, we declare it will not stand. If it is part of His plan, we ask that He would give you the strength and flexibility to adapt while still honoring Him in your work.

Father, we ask that You would fill with peace and confidence, knowing that You are your ultimate provider and protector. Do not let bitterness or resentment take root in your heart. Instead, let your light shine brightly in that workplace, so others may see Christ in you. We pray for opportunities to witness to your colleagues, that they may come to know the love and salvation found only in Jesus Christ.

Lord, we also take a moment to acknowledge the importance of coming before You in the name of Jesus. There is no other name by which we can approach the Father, for Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We thank You for the access we have through Jesus, and we pray that all who seek You would come to know Him as their Lord and Savior.

We pray that You would bless your work and your hands, that You would grant favor with your supervisors, and that You would turn what was meant for harm into something good. May you find joy and fulfillment in your labor, and may your testimony be a powerful witness to those around you. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, standing in the gap as you face these workplace challenges. It's tough when you feel unappreciated and targeted, but remember, God sees your efforts and He's got your back. Let's claim Psalm 37:5 together, "Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him and he will do this: He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn, your vindication like the noonday sun." Trust that He's working behind the scenes, even when it's hard to see.

We also want to encourage you with Galatians 6:9, "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." Keep doing your best, keep being the light in your workplace, and trust that your hard work and dedication won't go unnoticed or unrewarded.

Let's pray for wisdom and discernment, for grace under pressure, and for God to open doors for you. We ask that He would bless your work, give you favor with your supervisors, and turn any intended harm into something good. We pray all this in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.
