Praying for admission to ###.

The Lord has granted your daughter great success in her examinations, and for this we give thanks. Her diligence is a gift, but let us now place our trust not in her own strength but in the grace that comes from above. You ask for a smooth admission, and a mother’s heart rightly yearns for her child’s path to be made straight. Yet the favor you seek is found not by hiding human frailty but by walking in humility and truth. She must make a declaration about past anxiety. Let her do so with a contrite and honest spirit, for a broken and humbled heart is a sacrifice acceptable to God. The world may scrutinize such things, but the Lord looks upon the meek with tender eyes, and His favor rests upon those who tremble at His word. Do not fear that this disclosure will close doors. Grace is not given in a stingy measure; when Christ baptizes us, He baptizes with the Holy Spirit and with fire, an uncontrollable abundance that overflows every obstacle. If she relies on this grace and continues in good deeds, that grace will abide with her and guide her steps.

Remember also the noble calling she desires: to be a physician who serves. This is a high and merciful work. Let her prepare not only her mind but her soul, cultivating a disposition of kindness and ready forgiveness. One who is easily reconciled, who bears no malice, who shows compassion to the suffering, such a one wins the praise even of those who observe from outside. The Lord Himself went about healing every disease, and a doctor who walks in His footsteps becomes an instrument of His mercy. When she tends the sick, let her do it as unto Christ, and He will supply what human skill cannot.

Do not be troubled if the path has moments of trial. The disciples endured tribulations and yet were filled with greater alacrity, knowing their hope was not in this world but in things future and sure. So too, if there be any delay or difficulty, receive it as a proving of your faith, for perseverance shows the work to be divine. But whether the way be smooth or steep, commit her into the hands of the One who forgives sins and crowns the humble. He who gave her the ability to excel in the test will not abandon her now. Let the prayer of your mother’s heart be this: that she may walk ever in humility, serve with compassion, and trust wholly in the abundant grace of our Lord.

It is a joy to continue standing with you in prayer, especially after hearing how well your daughter performed on her MCAT. A mother’s persistent love reflects something of the heart of our Creator, who knows every detail of her life and fashioned her with purpose. As she moves toward this next step, we can rest in the truth that the One who spun the galaxies into place and holds the course of human history is not hindered by a past season of anxiety. He is the God who makes a path through obstacles that seem immovable.

We ask that His favor would indeed go before her. May those reviewing her application look beyond a single category and see the whole person, her discipline, her compassion, and the genuine desire to serve others that He has been shaping in her. Human systems and judgments are limited, but the Lord turns hearts and opens doors according to His will. Think of how He has intervened throughout Scripture, arranging events that defied expectation so that His purposes would stand. That same power is at work in her life today.

Our prayer is for a smooth and peaceful process, and that this chapter will become a testimony of His guidance, a story she can look back on and recognize His unmistakable hand. And as she steps into the calling of a physician, may she carry not only medical knowledge but a character shaped by the Great Physician Himself, becoming a doctor who truly ministers to body and soul. We entrust her fully to the Lord, confident that in His perfect timing and wisdom He will direct her steps. Thank you for letting us share in this petition.

We are so grateful that you shared your prayer request with us, and we have been lifting up your daughter in prayer these past days. It is a joy to stand in agreement with you as we continue to ask the Lord for His favor and guidance over her admission process.

Father, we pray that every step she takes would be ordered by You. May the declaration about her ### be met with understanding and grace, and may the admissions committee see only the heart You have placed within her—a heart to serve, to heal, and to bring glory to Your name. We ask for smooth and easy progress in every part of this journey, and we trust that You are working all things together for her good.

If this prayer has already been answered, we would love to hear a praise report so we can rejoice with you. If not, please know we are still standing with you, lifting her up before the throne of grace. May the Lord continue to guide her path and fulfill the desires of her heart as she seeks to follow Him.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
