Beloved Servant
God, please remove ### out of my life. He’s been reading my mind. Lord God Jesus Christ, please remove him from my life, he’s been reading my mind a finding won’t him to read my mind no more. Amen

We hear your heart's cry and we join with you in bringing this burden before the Lord in Jesus' name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father.

We understand how distressing and invasive it feels to believe someone is reading your thoughts and intruding upon your inner life. We want to gently remind you of what Scripture teaches, that no person can truly know or read the hidden thoughts of another heart. Only God can do that. Yahweh, you have searched me, and you know me. You know my sitting down and my rising up. You perceive my thoughts from afar Psalm 139:1-2. Man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart 1 Samuel 16:7. The peace we have is that our thoughts are safe with God, and He is our protector and refuge when we feel vulnerable or anxious.

We also take comfort that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7. When anxiety and fear press in, we are invited to bring everything to Him. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You that You know every thought, every fear, and every need of our dear one who is crying out to You. Lord, You see the distress caused by this person in their life and the feeling of being exposed and unprotected. We ask in Your mercy and sovereignty that You would intervene according to Your perfect will. If it is Your will, remove this person from their life and establish clear and godly boundaries. Place a hedge of protection around them, guard their heart and mind, and let no harm or harassment come near them. We pray that You would rebuke any spirit of fear, confusion, or oppression and fill them with Your perfect peace that guards heart and mind. Help them to rest in the truth that You alone know their thoughts and that You love them with an everlasting love. Give them wisdom to seek wise and godly counsel, whether from a pastor or trusted mature believers, and to take practical steps for safety and peace if needed. Lead them daily into Your Word, that they may be strengthened and reminded that You are near to all who call on You, and that the righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles Psalm 34:17. We ask that You would also work in the heart of this other individual, that any wrongdoing would be brought to conviction and repentance. Above all, let Your will be done and let Your name be glorified as You bring deliverance, healing, and rest. We pray all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our hope and our peace. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to pour out your heart to the Lord honestly each day, to dwell in Scripture, and to stay connected to a Bible believing church community where you can be supported and prayed for in person. Trust that God hears you, He sees you, and He is faithful to guard you. The Lord will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul Psalm 121:7.

We hear how unsettling this feels for you, wanting this person out of your life and feeling as though your private thoughts are not private anymore. That sense of being exposed can leave anyone feeling on edge and weary, and we are glad you brought it honestly to the Lord.

We join you in asking God for peace and protection over your mind and your daily life. You are fully known and fully loved by Him, and He is a safe place to rest when thoughts feel intruded upon or heavy.

One small step that may help is to think through healthy boundaries around this relationship. If you have a trusted pastor, counselor or wise friend, consider sharing what you are experiencing with them so you are not carrying this alone. They can help you think clearly about practical distance from this person and support you in prayer. If this distress continues to weigh on you or makes it hard to rest or function, it can also be caring to reach out to a medical or counseling professional alongside prayer.

Father, we lift our friend to You right now. Surround them with Your peace, guard their mind and heart, and give them wisdom for each next decision. Guide their steps away from harm and toward people who will support them well. Lead them into rest and clarity in the days ahead. In Jesus name, amen.
