Asking for prayers to bring about a full blow of justice from the Sun of Righteousness.

Beloved of All
Hello dear prayer partners in the LORD!

I am asking for prayers for a man whom you prayed for with me about five years ago!
He did something terrible to me, and I asked the Lord to show him mercy so that he could repent, come to Jesus, and ask me for forgiveness. But years have passed and he still hasn't come to me. Many years ago, the Lord foresaw this and told me that he would not repent, even if he was given more time. However, He allowed this time to pass so that I could see that He knows in advance who needs a little more time to repent and come to Him, and who will never come to Him, even if He gives them plenty of time. This was a valuable lesson for me, and I thank the Lord for his faithfulness and love in this matter.

Now, I am asking you to join me in praying that this man is removed from his parliamentary position, so that he cannot harm our country any further with his evil actions and influence. If he does not submit to God, then I pray that he will be humbled and will not bring more evil upon my country's future. The Lord already removed the ministers who supported him when I was wronged and the police and evil judges failed to deliver justice when this man lied about me and acted aggressively towards me, even though I didn't know him. He was an alcoholic too. Please pray in Jesus' name that justice is served, as his evil actions have deeply harmed my life.

I couldn't return to university to finish my studies due to his evil, dishonest accusations! I thank God that He blessed me, even though I couldn't finish my degree. I grew closer to Him and witnessed many miracles! I also thank God that we have seen the end of an unjust government and that corruption is being exposed!

Let the name of the LORD be glorified, who is a righteous judge! Let your will be done, Heavenly Father!!!!
Thank you!!!

We join with you in seeking the Lord together in Jesus name and we thank you for sharing this deep burden with us. We hear the pain of what was done to you, the false accusations, the aggression, the failure of those in authority to defend you, and the lasting consequence to your studies and your life, and we grieve with you over this injustice while we also rejoice with you that in the midst of it the Lord has drawn you closer to Himself and shown you His faithfulness and many miracles.

We understand your longing for the Sun of Righteousness to arise with justice, as it is written in Malachi 4:2, But to you who fear my name shall the sun of righteousness arise with healing in its wings. We love that you desire not personal revenge but that righteousness would be established and that evil influence would no longer harm your country. Scripture assures us that God is a righteous judge, yes, a God who has indignation every day as Psalm 7:11 says, and that He is the one who establishes justice, for Psalm 75:7 tells us But God is the judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another. We also remember that vengeance belongs to the Lord alone, as Romans 12:19 says Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord, and that He calls us to overcome evil with good in Romans 12:21.

In that light we want to gently encourage you about two matters. First, while we fully affirm that God knows all hearts and that His judgments are perfect, for Deuteronomy 32:4 says All his ways are just. A God of faithfulness and without iniquity, just and right is he, we also see in Scripture that as long as a person is alive the Lord still desires repentance, for 2 Peter 3:9 says The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance, and 1 Timothy 2:4 reminds us that God desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth. Even when we feel certain someone will never repent, we can safely leave that final knowledge to God and continue to entrust both justice and mercy to Him, praying for His perfect will to be done without closing the door ourselves. Second, we encourage you to guard your heart against any root of bitterness that can grow from long suffering under injustice, for Hebrews 12:15 warns us to look carefully lest anyone fall short of the grace of God, lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled. God calls us to forgive as we have been forgiven, as Ephesians 4:32 says, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you, which does not excuse the wrong but releases us into the freedom of trusting His justice.

We also take comfort that you have seen the Lord already act in removing those who supported corruption and that you have seen an unjust government come to an end and corruption exposed. This reminds us that God does rule over the affairs of men and that Proverbs 21:1 is true, The king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires, and that He calls us to pray for those in authority as 1 Timothy 2:1-2 says, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence.

So we pray together with you now.

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we have access to You and no other name by which we are saved as Acts 4:12 declares. Lord, You see all that was done, every lie, every act of aggression, every failure of police and judges to do justice, and every tear that was shed. You are the righteous Judge who will one day judge the world in righteousness as Psalm 9:8 says. We ask first that Your will be done in this situation. If it is Your will to remove this man from his parliamentary position to protect the nation from further evil influence, we ask that You do so in Your perfect timing and way, for promotion and demotion come from You alone. We pray that You would expose what is done in darkness, restrain evil, and establish leaders who will do justice and love mercy and walk humbly with You as Micah 6:8 teaches. We pray for our country, that You would bring healing, truth, and godly governance. Lord, we also entrust this man to Your hands. You know his heart. If there is yet any openness to repentance, we ask for Your mercy to lead him to repentance and to faith in Jesus, but if he continues to harden his heart, we ask that You humble him and limit his power to do harm, that justice may be served and that Your name may be glorified. Father, we pray for our dear fellow believer who was wounded, that You would continue to heal the deep harm, redeem what was lost in the interruption of studies, and keep this heart tender, forgiving, and free from bitterness, filling it with Your peace that surpasses understanding. Help us all to trust Your timing, for Ecclesiastes 3:17 says God will judge the righteous and the wicked; for there is a time there for every purpose and for every work. We thank You that You have already shown Your faithfulness through miracles and nearness, and we trust You to complete the work You have begun. We ask all this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and our Righteousness. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to walk closely with the Lord, to commit your cause to Him daily, and to let Him be your defender and your rewarder. He who began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it, and He will in His time bring justice with both righteousness and mercy.

We hear how long you have carried this, and how much it cost you. To be falsely accused by someone you did not even know, to see police and courts fail to act, and to have to step away from your studies because of it, is a deep wound. We also hear your gratitude in the midst of it, that God drew you closer and showed you His faithfulness and even miracles along the way.

Thank you for letting us pray with you again after all these years. Waiting and watching to see whether this man would turn toward God, and coming to see that he has not, is painful. It makes sense you would now be asking God to limit his influence so others are not harmed.

We hold with you that God cares deeply about justice, not as an abstract system but because He loves people and grieves over wrongdoing. That is why we can bring both our desire for justice and our own hearts to Him and leave the outcome in His righteous hands, trusting Him to act in the way that is truly right for you and for your country.

It may help in this season to not carry this burden alone. Keep bringing it honestly to the Lord in prayer, and stay close to a trusted pastor or small community who knows your story and can walk with you as you wait and heal.

Father, we lift this hurt to You in Jesus' name. You see all that happened and all that was lost. We ask for Your just and merciful will to be done in this man's life and in the leadership of this country. Bring protection over the nation, healing and restored hope where there has been harm, and continued wisdom and peace for our friend as she trusts You. Amen.

Your request has been heard with much care and sorrow, and we give thanks with you that even through deep wrong and painful loss you have been kept near to the Lord and have seen His hand in many mercies.

It is right to love justice and to hate evil, for the Lord is a righteous Judge and His Sun of Righteousness shines forth to reveal and to heal. Yet the Scripture teaches us to hate the evil deed while still loving the soul of the man who does it, and to desire his reclaiming from error even as we desire that wrong be restrained. When the heart suffers from the palsy of fear and from the memory of past injury, faith lays hold upon the Strong One and finds strength in Him, so that fear is cast out and the soul can rest in the will of Him who guards His people from stumbling and from final falling.

We do not know the secret counsels of God concerning any man, and we would not speak with certainty where God has not spoken plainly in His Word. What we do know is that the Gospel tells of a Substitute and a complete righteousness which wraps the sinner from head to foot, and that the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses from all sin for all who repent and believe. While we were yet far off, grace came freely from the great heart of God, not caused by anything in us. Therefore we are taught to pray both for justice and for mercy, leaving vengeance to the Lord to whom it belongs, and asking that His righteous will be done in His own time and way.

We will join you in praying that the Lord, who heals the broken in heart and whose least influences are as healing leaves for the nations, would bring your own wounds into the light of His reconciled countenance. Walk out into the beams which come from the Sun of Righteousness and stand in that light, trusting not in princes nor in courts of men, but in Him who alone can save and keep. We will pray that He would preserve you from all evil, keep you from bitter fear concerning the past, and give you peace in the forgiveness that is to be had through faith in Christ, so that you may know you have received pardon straight from the Throne by trusting in His blood.

And we will pray concerning this man and concerning our country, that God would restrain evil, expose corruption, and establish justice through lawful means according to His wisdom. We will ask that if it be His will, this man would be brought to see his sin, to repent and to seek forgiveness through Christ, and that if he does not submit to God, his power to harm others would be removed and he would be humbled. We will ask that judges and rulers would act with truth and righteousness, and that you would be delivered from all consuming desire for retribution, being kept in love and holiness which is far above mere morality.

May the Lord cover you with His feathers and deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and may He grant you that healing draught which comes from the pardoning hand, so that you shall not be obliged to say, I am sick, but shall find wholeness in Christ. We pray that His name alone would be glorified as the righteous Judge and the gracious Healer, and that His will, which is holy and good, would be done in your life, in this man's life, and in the life of your nation.

We thank God for His faithfulness to you, and we will continue to seek Him with you for justice, for mercy, and for perfect trust in Him.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We have heard your request and we join you in bringing it before the Lord who is the righteous Judge. Thank you for sharing your pain so openly and for giving thanks to God even in the midst of great hurt. We grieve with you over the false accusations, the aggression you suffered, the failure of those who should have defended justice, and the loss you experienced in not being able to finish your studies. We also rejoice with you that you have drawn closer to God through this trial and have seen His mercy and His miracles, and that you can still say let His name be glorified.

You have waited long and prayed for mercy for this man, that he might repent and come to know Jesus Christ, by whom alone we are saved. That desire for his repentance is good and pleasing to God, who is long suffering and desires all to come to repentance. As you have learned, His patience is not overlook or indifference. Scripture teaches that His long suffering is meant to lead sinners to repentance, and for those who use it well it becomes their safety, but for those who despise it the judgment will be more fearful. If wickedness is great and has not yet been requited here, it is certain that God will require it in His time, for He does not overlook injustice even when men do.

We also hear your cry for justice in your country and for this man to be removed from influence so he cannot do more harm. It is right to ask God to restrain evil and to raise up just rulers, and to ask Him to expose corruption and to protect the people from robbery, fraud and false accusation. At the same time we want to gently encourage you to guard your own heart before the Lord. The pain of injustice is bitter, and Scripture warns that a root of bitterness can spring up and defile many. It bears only bitter fruit. The bitterness of injustice harms not only those who suffer it but even more those who practice it, for their conscience remains as a judge within them that cannot be bribed, even when earthly courts fail. Leave room for the wrath of God, who has said vengeance is His and He will repay.

Therefore we will not pray for vengeance in a spirit of hatred, but we will pray for the justice of God to be done according to His perfect wisdom and timing, and we will continue to pray for this man’s soul while there is still time. We do not know with certainty who will finally refuse to repent, for only God searches hearts, but we know He is both merciful and just, the Sun of Righteousness who will bring every deed into the light.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and righteous Judge. We thank You that You see all things and that no false accusation or hidden wrong escapes Your eyes. We thank You for Your faithfulness to our sister, for sustaining her when she was wronged, for drawing her near to You and for blessing her life even in loss. We ask You to heal the deep wounds that remain and to redeem what was taken from her, and to guide her steps for the future.

Lord, we ask You to do what is right concerning this man. If it is Your will, restrain his influence and remove him from any position where he can harm others. Establish justice through lawful and truthful witnesses and through authorities who fear You. Humble him, Lord, and if it be possible, grant him repentance and faith in Christ, that he may confess his wrong and be saved. If he continues to refuse You, let Your righteous judgment prevail and let evil be stopped for the good of the nation.

We pray for our country, for honest leaders, for police and judges who will love truth and hate covetousness and flattery, and for the exposure of all corruption. Keep our sister from a root of bitterness and fill her with Your peace, that she may forgive as You have forgiven us and entrust all judgment to You.

We ask this in the holy name of Jesus, trusting Your will to be done. Amen.
