May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Thank you for sharing your heart so openly and for your thankfulness for God and for your love for Jesus. Your desire to pray, to give thanks, to seek peace for Jerusalem, and to intercede for your children and family is good and right, and God hears those prayers.

I also hear the deep hurt and longing in your prayer about this relationship. You want to be loved, to be loyal, to be forgiven and to give forgiveness, to be a good friend and to build trust. Those are good desires, and God cares about them. At the same time, part of what you are asking for includes becoming intimate and making love outside of marriage, and dressing in a way intended to provoke that. Because we want to be faithful to what Scripture teaches, I cannot ask God to bless intimacy outside of the lifelong covenant of marriage between one man and one woman. Sex is a gift God has placed within marriage alone, and living together or being sexually intimate before that covenant is not His design, even when feelings are strong.

That does not mean your feelings are not real or your pain is not deep. It means the most loving way to care for you and for him is to point you toward what will truly bring peace and wholeness. God came to us with good news that is far greater than any human relationship. He came to remove punishment, to bring forgiveness of sins, righteousness and adoption, and to reconcile us to Himself while we were still far off. That reconciliation is available only through Jesus Christ, and it is the foundation for every other relationship being made right.

Scripture also teaches that blessedness comes not from getting everything we desire, but from having our sins forgiven and covered by grace through faith in Christ. That forgiveness is offered freely, and the way we receive it and extend it to others does not require long journeys or great expense, but a willing heart that chooses to forgive as we have been forgiven. You mentioned wanting to forgive and to be forgiven, to take up for one another, to respect boundaries and decisions. That willingness to forgive, to respect the other person, and to honor what is right before God is itself a path toward healing, whether or not this relationship is restored in the way you hope.

So I want to pray for you in a way that honors God and seeks your good:

I pray that God will give you clarity and peace of mind, wisdom and knowledge, and a firm trust in His will above all. I pray that He will heal your hurt, remove sin that weighs on you, build you up in truth and righteousness, and help you love Him first and then love yourself and others with a pure love. I pray that He will help you keep your word, grow in maturity, steward what He has given you, and be a faithful friend and mother who keeps Christ at the center of your home.

For this relationship, I pray that God will help you both to respect boundaries, to speak truthfully and kindly, and to seek His will rather than only strong feelings. If it is His will for you to have a friendship, I pray it would be marked by honesty, loyalty, and purity, and if He leads toward marriage in the future, that it would be entered into as a faithful covenant before Him. I pray that you would not pursue intimacy outside of that covenant, but would honor God with your body and your choices, trusting that His way leads to lasting love. I pray that if this man has said it is too late, God will give you grace to accept what is true, to find your security in Christ, and to not chase what would harm you.

I pray also for your children and family, for your mother and your home, that God would bring laughter, health, provision, and protection, and that your home would be a place of prayer and praise.

God invites you to bring your whole life to Him, to confess your sins, to receive His forgiveness through Jesus, and to walk in newness of life. If you have not already, speak with a trusted pastor or mature believer near you who can walk with you, encourage you, and help you stay accountable in these decisions.

May the Lord give you hope as you look to Him, and may you know the blessing of being forgiven and reconciled to God through Christ. Amen.
