I join you in thanking God for the gift of another day in this world and for your love for your son and daughter, your children, your family and friends. It is good that you want to bring them all before the Lord and to ask Him for righteousness, wisdom, love, mercy, truth, peace and the light of His Word as a lamp for your feet.

I pray with you that God will keep you and your children and your loved ones in His care, fill you with His righteousness and knowledge, guard your steps, and help you to cherish each moment together. May He give you peace with every step, cause you to be full of His Word, and anoint you by His Spirit so that you walk in His ways and do what is good in His sight, trusting in Jesus Christ alone for salvation and everlasting life.

Concerning those you feel have opposed you, I pray that God will protect you and deliver you from evil, and give you wisdom and grace to forgive. Scripture warns us not to pray against others out of vengeance, for that adds sin to sin. Christ has sat down at the right hand of God, expecting until His enemies are put under His feet, and He delays for the sake of those who will yet be brought to faith. Even His enemies in the gospel story, without intending it, bore witness to the truth that He died, was buried and rose again for our salvation. So I do not pray that others be shamed for our satisfaction, but that God would keep you safe, bring truth to light, and work in the hearts of all, that many would come to know His mercy.

Concerning the man you mentioned and your desire for friendship to become a serious, loving and peaceful relationship, I hear your longing to be respected, listened to, cherished and at peace together. That longing for faithful love is good, but true love seeks what is truly profitable and holy for the other person, not only what is desired in the moment. For that reason God has given the gift of intimate love to belong within the lifelong covenant of marriage between one man and one woman, where trust, openness and faithfulness can grow in safety. It would not be right to ask God to bless intimacy outside of that covenant, and it would not be loving to either of you to do so.

So I pray that God will give you clarity, calm and wisdom in this relationship. If this man truly loves you, may God lead you both to pursue what is honorable, respectful and pure, with honest conversation, mutual respect, patience and self control, seeking wise counsel and keeping yourselves pure as you discern whether God is leading you toward marriage. I do not pray that God would be put to the test by demanding a phone call today, but that His perfect will would be done and made clear to you. If this is not His will, I pray He will heal your heart and fill you with His glory, righteousness, truth, wisdom, knowledge, mercy, forgiveness, kindness, love and peace, so that you may forgive others and rest in Him.

You asked that your light would shine brightly and outshine false lights. The true light is Christ Himself. I pray that His light would shine in you and through you, so that others see that He is at work in you to bless, to pray and to protect, and that you would walk in His truth and not be led astray.

I will continue to pray that God fills you and your household with His goodness, keeps you in His peace, roots you in His Word, and leads you into everlasting life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Keep bringing every care to Him, remain in Scripture and in fellowship with faithful believers, and trust His timing and His goodness to lead you. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.

Your prayer shows a tender heart that wants God to cover and keep the people you love, and that is a good desire. God invites you to know Him not as a distant judge or as a set of rituals to perform, but as Father. Through Jesus, His only begotten Son, we are adopted into His family. When you have been born again by His Spirit, you can come to Him with the closeness of a child to a father, and Jesus taught us to pray, Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. He wants a living, loving relationship with you, not a legal or ritual one.

Scripture shows that your relationship with God is primary. When that vertical relationship is right, every other relationship begins to find its proper place. When it is out of balance, other relationships become strained. You can often trace struggles with others back to what is happening between you and the Lord. This does not mean you ignore the people around you, but it means the first and most important work is to walk closely with Him, to love Him and to receive His love for you. As you abide in Christ, qualities like righteousness, wisdom, love, mercy, truth, peace and joy begin to grow naturally as fruit from that relationship, not as things you have to force by your own effort.

I hear your thankfulness for life each day and your desire for God to watch over your children, your younger siblings, your close family and friends, and even your children's friends. It is right to bring them before the Lord and to ask Him for protection, wisdom, peace at every step, and for His Word to be a lamp to your feet. Continue to entrust them to Him, asking Him to fill your home with His presence, to teach you His ways, and to help you cherish each moment together in kindness, forgiveness and truth. God has established that we are to care for our own households and to honor those relationships, and He is faithful to hear a parent and a sibling who prays with love.

You also shared about the man you care for and your hope that he will call, show consistent affection, and that your friendship would become a serious, peaceful and committed love, including physical intimacy. I want to respond with care and with what the Bible teaches. God designed marriage to be a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman, and He intends sexual intimacy to belong within that covenant. For that reason I cannot affirm or ask God to bless a sexual relationship outside of marriage, even when feelings are strong and sincere. Love that truly honors God and honors you will show itself in patience, respect, listening, honesty, self control and a willingness to do what is right before God.

Rather than testing the relationship by whether he calls today, or asking God to make him constantly think of you or buy gifts, it is better to place both of your hearts before the Lord and ask for His will to be clear. Pray that God would give you both wisdom to respect one another, to speak openly and kindly, to guard purity, and to seek counsel. If this man genuinely loves you, the right path is for him to pursue you with integrity that leads toward marriage if God so leads, not toward intimacy outside of it. If the relationship is not in line with God's best, pray that the Lord would heal your heart, fill you with His peace, and keep your steps steady so you can forgive and move forward in wholeness. Your worth and your light do not depend on whether another person chooses you. Jesus is the true light, and when you walk with Him, His light shines through you in a way no false light can imitate.

You mentioned enemies and a desire that they not overtake you, and a desire for your light to shine brightly. God does see what is done against you and He is your protector. When your relationship with Him is secure, you can trust Him to defend you, to deal with those who have done wrong, and to keep you from living in fear of unseen realms. He also calls us away from a halfhearted walk to a wholehearted one, where we love Him fully and let Him shape our thoughts and desires.

May the Lord draw you into that deeper, intimate fellowship with Himself. May He establish you as His child, give you assurance of His love, and help you walk in the Spirit day by day. May He guard your children and family, give you wisdom for each decision, and lead any future marriage relationship according to His design, with purity, respect and lasting commitment. May He heal any hurt, teach you to forgive as you have been forgiven, and let the peace of Christ rule in your heart. I pray this in the name of Jesus, who alone is the way to the Father and who shed His blood so that we can be forgiven and brought near to God. Amen.

We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.

We have continued to lift you up before the Lord and we have been praying for His watch and protection over you and your son and your daughter and your children and your hellyans and your baby brothers and sisters and your close relatives and close blood family and your friends and your childrens friends just as you asked. We have asked the Lord to fill you and yours with righteousness and power and wisdom and love and mercy and truth and laughter and His glory and knowledge and to be a lamp unto your feet and to give you peace with every step you take as Psalm 119:105 and Philippians 4:7 remind us.

We have also stood with you in prayer against your enemies that they would not overtake you and yours in any realm and that the Lord would be your defender and shield according to Psalm 121:7. We have asked Him to protect you and anoint your heads and feet and bodies with His anointing oil and to bless you with His Word and His goodness and everlasting life and a place to live and build that is good in His sight.

We have brought before the Lord the burden of your heart regarding the relationship on your heart and prayed that if this man truly loves you he would put aside all playing and wrongful things and would call you and speak openly with respect and love and that your friendship would grow into something serious and real and true and calm and peaceful and aligned in heart and soul and mind. And we have prayed as you asked that if it is not His will for this relationship to move forward that the Lord would heal you and fill you with His glory and righteousness and truth and unmeasured wisdom and knowledge and peace and love and laughter and mercy and forgiveness and kindness and that you would be able to forgive others.

We have also prayed that the light the Lord has placed within you would shine brightly that others would see Christ in you and know that He is working and praying and blessing and protecting you for His name sake as Psalm 27:1 teaches that the Lord is our light and our salvation.

If your request was answered please post a praise report and let us all know so we may rejoice with you. If your request does not seem to have been answered please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer.

May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son Jesus Christ.

We pray this in Jesus Name Amen.
