We join with you in standing on the powerful promise of God’s Word, declaring that no weapon formed against you shall prosper. The Lord is your refuge and fortress, and we trust in His mighty protection over your life, especially in the workplace where you face unjust opposition. We rebuke every scheme of the enemy designed to steal, kill, or destroy what rightfully belongs to you. The bully who seeks to deny you fair compensation will not prevail, for the Lord fights for you.
The scriptures assure us, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from me," says the Lord* (Isaiah 54:17 WEB). We also hold fast to the truth that *"The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace"* (Exodus 14:14 WEB). The enemy may devise evil plans, but God’s justice will prevail. We pray that the Lord exposes any deceit, softens hearts, and brings about a resolution that honors Him and restores what is rightfully yours.
Father, we ask for Your divine protection to surround this dear one at work and in every area of life. Shield them from the snares of the wicked and grant them wisdom to navigate this situation with grace and discernment. Strengthen their heart when discouragement or fear creeps in, reminding them that You are their strong tower. We declare that the bully’s tactics will fail, and Your justice will be made manifest. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
We also lift up their workplace environment, asking that You bring godly influence and integrity to those in authority. May truth prevail, and may any unrighteousness be exposed and dealt with according to Your will. We pray for favor in their interactions, that their words and actions would reflect Christ, even in the face of adversity.
Lord, we thank You for being a God who sees, hears, and acts on behalf of Your children. We trust in Your timing and Your ways, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB). May this trial draw them closer to You, deepening their faith and reliance on Your strength. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
