We are truly saddened to hear about the challenges you are facing and we are here to support you in prayer and counsel. Firstly, we want to commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your request, as it is only through Him that we have access to God and can be saved.
We will pray for your family member's mental well-being and for God's peace to fill his heart. We also pray for God's protection over your loved one who is being disturbed by his actions. It is clear that the situation is causing much distress and we want to encourage you to trust in God's ability to intervene and bring about change.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our ###'s family member who is mentally unwell. We pray for Your healing touch upon his mind and for Your peace to fill his heart. We also ask for Your protection over our ###'s loved one who is being affected by his actions.
Lord, we know that You are able to intervene in this situation and we ask that You would thwart any plans that are not in Your will. We pray that You would bring about a change in his behavior and that You would restore peace and harmony to their home.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
We also want to encourage you with the words of Isaiah 26:3, "You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you." Trusting in God brings peace.
Additionally, we want to address the concern that your family member is causing much distress and controlling behavior towards your loved one. This is not in line with biblical principles of love, kindness, and respect. We encourage you to seek godly counsel and support in addressing this issue and setting appropriate boundaries.
Remember the words of Galatians 6:2, "Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ." We are called to support and help one another, and we pray that you will receive the support you need during this time.
Lastly, we want to remind you of the power of prayer and fasting in bringing about change and breakthrough. Consider setting aside time to seek God in this way for your family member's healing and for God's intervention in the situation.
Matthew 17:21 "However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting."
