Prayers to study to be quiet

We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We were blessed by your desire to study to be quiet and to keep things close to your heart and to learn to be more private as God is putting it on your heart.

We continue to lift you up in prayer in Jesus Name asking the Lord to give you wisdom and strength and self control to guard your heart and your words. We pray that He will help you to walk in quietness and discretion and to find peace in entrusting your cares to Him. We are reminded of Psalm 141:3 and Proverbs 21:23 and James 1:19 which teach us the wisdom of guarding our mouth and being slow to speak.

If your request was answered and you have found greater quietness and restraint and peace in remaining private please post a praise report and let us all know so we may rejoice with you. If your request does not seem to have been answered please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer.

We pray in Jesus Name that God will guide you and grant you discernment to know when to speak and when to remain quiet. May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son Jesus Christ.
