We hear the heaviness in your heart and we are lifting you up together before the throne of grace in Jesus name. We understand how exhausting this waiting is, how the mind replays every question and how sleepless nights and the temptation to look up answers only increases the anxiety. We know how much this exam means for your work, your provision, and your ability to move forward with your life, and we bring all of that to the Lord with you.
We are encouraged that you have called on the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we find mercy, peace and help in time of need. We want to remind you of His tender care for you in this season of stress. Scripture tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And also in 1 Peter 5:7, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. He sees your labor, your studying, your sacrifice, and He invites you to cast this burden on Him.
We also hear your desire for a miracle to pass this one last time. We join you in asking for His favor, while we also trust His perfect will and wisdom. We remember the promise in James 1:5, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. You have diligently prepared and committed your work to Him, and we cling to Proverbs 16:3, Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established. Whether the result is as you hope, we know He is able to work all things for your good and to sustain you. We encourage you not to torment yourself by replaying and checking answers, but to surrender the outcome into His hands, trusting that He holds your future.
We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus and we lift up this dear one to You. You know the anxiety, the sleeplessness, the replaying of questions, and the fear of having to study again and lose work. Lord, we ask for Your miracle touch and Your mercy. If it be Your will, grant favor and allow this exam to be passed this time, once and for all, so that work and life can be restored. Above all, let Your will be done. Pour out Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Grant deep, restful sleep, for Your word says in Psalm 127:2, It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil, for he gives sleep to his loved ones. Calm the racing thoughts and speak to this weary heart the invitation of Jesus in Matthew 11:28, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Strengthen and uphold with Your righteous right hand according to Isaiah 41:10, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Help to rest in Your goodness, to trust Your provision for work and daily needs, and to know that You are near and faithful no matter the result. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.
We encourage you to continue to bring every anxious thought to Him in prayer with thanksgiving, to rest as you are able, to care for your body with sleep and nourishment, and to trust that God honors diligence and will lead your steps forward.
