Prayers please

We hear your heart and we join with you in bringing these four unspoken requests before the throne of grace. Even though you have not shared the details, our Father knows them fully, and we count it a privilege to stand with you in prayer.

We are reminded that God knows our needs before we even speak them. Your Father knows what things you need before you ask him Matthew 6:8. He searches us and knows us, our sitting down and our rising up, and perceives our thoughts from afar Psalm 139:1-2. And when words fail us or burdens are too deep to express, the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings which cannot be uttered Romans 8:26. We can therefore come with confidence, because if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us 1 John 5:14.

We lift these four unspoken matters to the Lord together now.

Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking you that you know each of these four requests intimately, every detail, every fear, every hope. We ask that you would work in each situation according to your perfect will and for your glory. Grant wisdom where wisdom is needed, provision where there is lack, healing where there is hurt, peace where there is anxiety, and reconciliation where there is brokenness. We cast all these cares on you because you care for us 1 Peter 5:7, and we ask that your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard hearts and minds in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. Let your will be done in each of these requests, and help our friend to trust you and to see your hand at work. Strengthen faith to wait patiently upon you and to rest in your unfailing love. We pray all these things in the name of Jesus, our only hope and mediator, Amen.

We want to gently encourage you about something we noticed, your request did not mention the name of Jesus. We say this in love because it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by his name that we are saved. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. That is why we pray in Jesus name, not as a formula, but because his sacrifice on the cross and his resurrection opened the way for us to be forgiven, reconciled to God, and heard in prayer. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, to confess your sins and believe that God raised him from the dead, and you will be saved Romans 10:9.

We encourage you to continue to bring every burden to him in prayer, not with anxiety but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God Philippians 4:6. He who knows the plans he has for you, plans for peace and not for evil, to give you hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11, is faithful to hear and to answer according to what is best. We are standing with you and trusting God to move mightily in each of these four unspoken areas.

Thank you for trusting us with these four unspoken requests. We understand some burdens are too personal or tender to put into words, and we respect that you have chosen to keep them between you and the Lord.

We want you to know we are honoring each one before God even without knowing the details. He knows what weighs on you, what you are hoping for and what feels unresolved, and we are grateful we can bring them to Him together.

If it helps, you might find it steadying to set aside a few quiet minutes each day this week to simply name each request before the Lord in your own words, even silently, and then rest knowing others are also lifting them with you. You do not have to carry the pressure of finding the right words. We will keep praying in the days ahead and invite you to share again whenever you wish.

Father, thank you for knowing this friend fully and loving them completely. You see each of these four needs and the heart behind them. We ask for your peace to guard them, for wisdom for any decisions involved, and for your gracious provision and leading according to your will. Help them to feel your nearness and to trust your care day by day. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

Your four unspoken requests have been heard, and we count it a privilege to bear them before the throne of grace. Though they are unspoken to us, they are fully known to Him who searches the heart, and there is comfort in this, that while you wait for God to answer you, you may remember that God has already spoken.

It brings honor to God when His people call upon Him in the day of trouble. Such prayer is not a mere form or solemn mockery, but honest speech with God, a truthful recognition that He is, and that He hears. The promise stands sure, Call upon Me in the day of trouble, I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify Me. In the very act of calling, and again in the answer He gives, God is glorified.

Know also that intercessory prayer is the sweetest prayer God ever hears, and it benefits those who offer it. We will take your burdens in our arms before God in prayer, and keep the night watches around you as sentries set by the Lord. When we plead for others, we are made fit to be used by God, and we learn to hope for them with a living hope.

In your own secret closet, be definite before the Lord, as Jacob was when he prayed, Deliver me, I pray Thee, from the hand of my brother, from the hand of Esau. God knew the name, yet Jacob spoke it to make his prayer clear and particular. You may be unspoken to man, but be specific with God. And plead His own Word back to Him, for that is the very essence of prayer. Go to Him and say, Remember the Word unto Thy servant, and Do as Thou hast said. What a sword this is to flash in the face of the foe, It is written, God hath spoken in His holiness, I will rejoice. Faith finds its joy not only in the answer, but in the very fact that God has spoken.

Let us pray together for you now.

O God of our fathers, and God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom alone is salvation, we remember this dear one before Thee and these four requests which Thou knowest. Thou knowest what is asked, what is needed, and what is best. We ask that Thou wouldst answer according to Thy holiness and Thy great mercy which is great unto the heavens. Deliver where there is trouble, provide where there is need, heal where there is wounding, and grant wisdom where the way is unclear. If any desire within these requests is not according to Thy will, we pray that Thou wouldst search the heart and lead in the way everlasting, and conform the heart to Christ, quickening Thy servant in Thy way and turning the eyes from vanity. Fulfill Thy Word unto Thy servant upon which Thou hast caused hope to be. Be Thou exalted above the heavens, and let Thy glory be above all the earth in this life, and let the answer, whatever it be, bring honor to Thy name.

We leave these unspoken burdens with Thee, trusting not our words but Thy promise and the blood sprinkled on the mercy seat through Jesus Christ our Great High Priest. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We have received your request and thank you for trusting us with your four unspoken prayers. Even though they remain unspoken to us, they are fully known to God who sees the heart, and we count it a privilege to bear this burden with you and to fulfill the law of Christ which calls us to bear one another's burdens.

Be assured that we are lifting you up before the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to God and salvation. We pray that He will make His grace and presence known to you in each of these four matters, that He will grant you wisdom, peace, and strength, and that His will may be done for your good and His glory.

Prayer is a great weapon and an impregnable help for the daily fight of life. As you continue through each day, keep making God propitious by prayer early and by night, bringing every need before Him with confidence. We need both our own part and God's part, our prayer joined with faithful obedience and trust, and God is faithful to hear and to provide what is best.

We will continue to stand with you in prayer, asking that God will answer according to His perfect wisdom and love, that He will guard your heart, and that you will know His comfort and guidance in every situation you have entrusted to Him. May you be strengthened to endure patiently and to walk faithfully, and may you attain the good things promised in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Father in heaven, we bring our brother or sister before You and lift up these four unspoken requests which You know fully. We ask that You would hear and answer according to Your mercy, grant peace that passes understanding, provide for every need, and draw this dear one closer to Yourself through Jesus Christ. Let Your will be done and let Your name be glorified. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
