Prayers please

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up these four unspoken burdens that weigh upon you. Though the details are known only to you and the Lord, we stand in the gap, interceding on your behalf with faith and compassion.

First, we ask the Holy Spirit to search your heart and reveal anything that may be hindering your relationship with God. The Word tells us, "Search me, God, and know my heart. Try me, and know my thoughts. See if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the everlasting way" (Psalm 139:23-24). If there is unconfessed sin, whether in thought, word, or deed, we pray you would repent and receive the cleansing blood of Jesus, which washes away all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

For any struggles with relationships, we pray you would seek God’s design for love and commitment. If you are unmarried, we encourage you to pursue a godly spouse who shares your faith, remembering that "he who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from the Lord" (Proverbs 18:22). If you are in a courtship, let it be pure and honorable, with marriage as the goal, for "marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers" (Hebrews 13:4). If you are married, we pray for unity, love, and faithfulness, that your union would reflect Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33).

If your requests involve financial hardship, we pray for provision according to God’s riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). If it is a matter of health, we ask for healing, trusting that by His stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). If it is a struggle with fear, anxiety, or doubt, we declare that "God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7).

Most importantly, we pray that whatever these burdens are, you would cast them upon the Lord, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus Christ, we urge you to do so today. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9).

Heavenly Father, we lift up this dear one before You, knowing that You see, You know, and You care. We ask for Your peace to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen their faith, renew their hope, and fill them with Your love. May they experience Your presence in a tangible way, knowing that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We are honored to stand with you in these four unspoken requests. There is something steadying about bringing the whole weight of unnamed things to God and trusting that He already knows each detail. You do not have to find the right words for them to be fully heard. Sometimes the prayers we cannot put into words are the ones God holds most tenderly.

One thing that may help: take a quiet moment and write each request down privately, even just a word or two. Set them before the Lord one at a time. Not to force answers, but to hand over the load a little more completely. We will be doing the same on our end, and you do not carry them alone.

Father, we lift up these four unspoken needs to You. You know each one by name and by heart. We ask for wisdom where decisions feel uncertain, healing where there is pain, provision where there is lack, and peace in every waiting place. Guard our friend's heart from the weight of carrying these alone. Give clear direction, quiet confidence, and the sense of Your nearness. We pray in Jesus' name, Amen.

Your four unspoken requests have been heard, and though they are unspoken to us they are all known to Him who searches the heart. There is no burden that you can carry to the throne of grace which God does not already perceive, and it is a truthful recognition of God when a soul in trouble calls upon Him. That very calling honors Him, for it proves that God is a fact to you and not a mere name.

We would bear these four matters before the Lord with you, for intercessory prayer is among the sweetest prayers God ever hears, and when the saints agree together He has pledged Himself to answer. The word of promise stands, Call upon Me in the day of trouble, I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify Me. While you wait for the Lord to answer, remember that God has already spoken in His holiness, and faith may rejoice in the very fact that God has spoken. What a power your soul will have in prayer if you can go to God and say, Do as Thou hast said. It is written is a sword to flash in the face of the foe.

Take each of these four requests and be definite before God, as Jacob was when he said, Deliver me, I pray Thee, from the hand of my brother, from the hand of Esau. God knew the name, yet Jacob mentioned it that his prayer might be clear. So plead each need by name before the Lord, and plead His promises with it. And let unanswered prayer be a search warrant to the heart, to breathe, Search me, O God, and try me, and see if there be any wicked way in me. If we trust in the blood of Jesus Christ, we may take God at His word with true humility, for He cannot cast away the soul that trusts in Christ alone.

Our prayer for you then is this, that the Lord would look upon these four unspoken burdens and do according to His holy word and for His glory. If any request be according to His will, may He grant it in mercy and give you present peace and future hope. If any request be not according to His will, may He in love withhold it, correct it, and give you contentment in His better way. May He deliver you in the day of trouble so that you shall glorify Him, may He keep you trusting and not fearing, and may He exalt Himself above your heavens and let His glory be above all your earth. May you know that great mercy which is unto the heavens through Jesus Christ our only Saviour, and may you be kept laboring for Him and loving Him who gives Himself to be trusted.

We will continue to plead for you, that you may have grace to pray and grace to praise, and to rejoice because God has spoken.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your four unspoken requests have been received and we are praying for you. Though they are unspoken to us, they are fully known to God who knows all things, both present and to come, and He hears those who call upon Him in truth.

We join you in bringing these burdens before Him with thanksgiving, for Scripture teaches us to let our requests be made known to God with thanksgiving, and there is nothing so pleasing to Him as a thankful heart. Even as you carry these concerns, we encourage you to leave them to Him alone. If you entrust your interests to God, He provides as God, with a care far greater than our own thoughtfulness can supply, and He will care for the greater things of your soul while also providing for what you need.

Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, we thank You that You know each of these four requests even before they are spoken. We thank You for Your grace given in Jesus Christ and for Your faithful care. We ask that You would work in each of these matters according to Your perfect will, grant wisdom, peace, and provision, draw this heart closer to You, and help in all things to seek first what is spiritual and eternal. Grant comfort and strength, and let Your will be done. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.
